Tenants left an apartment with horrible black cat urine stains and stench. Kyle and his crew were able to sand out stains and use a stain for fabulous even toned oak flooring that looks brand new. Carson and his team did an awesome job installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. The whole process from requesting a quote to completion of work was only a couple of weeks. Install went off without a hitch. Crew cleaned everything up at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. I had such an incredible experience with Footprints Floors. I scheduled work with them on a Saturday, and they started work the following Monday. They finished so quickly, and everything looks amazing! They leveled our kitchen floors, then installed LVP. They also refinished our hardwood floors, and they look incredible! The estimate was very detailed and since I needed old carpet pulled up and we had no idea what was underneath, I appreciated knowing the options/ possibilities. Footprints Floors did an awesome job refinishing my floors. They took the time to make sure the floors matched previous color and were very careful moving the furniture. They even came back to redo a spot where my dog left paw prints! Miguel and his crew worked hard and efficiently. They were very polite and cleaned up when finished. Kevin and his team did an amazing job restoring our 30 year old white oak floors. They were able to color match the resurfaced floors and seamlessly fix an area of the kitchen that had a long gap. Even our fur kids love our fresh floors!

Gary did a thorough job of explaining the job and addressing concerns I had about unforeseen problems that might arise which may increase the end bill. Joel,the installer did a fantastic job and was able to troubleshoot an issue with a transition piece and also pulled the toilet but didn't charge me extra as initial bid quote was if toilet didn't have to be pulled.i would highly recommend footprints floors to anyone who needs flooring work done.

My father, who had a long career biding construction jobs, had estimated what the job would cost. Just got my father’s bathroom floor redone and I couldn’t be happier. They were so helpful with all of my questions, from the estimate all the way to the end (and there was zero pressure in the sale, which I really appreciated.) Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and they had really good price points. The tile job itself is immaculate, the way it’s cut so perfectly around the toilet and pipes, those guys did 10/10 work. And the place was left spotless! Will definitely use again.

There were a few hiccups along the way, but Jordan was always super responsive and always found solutions whenever there was an issue. He's a great project manager and treated my home and experience as if it was his own.

I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. We thought there would be a lot of dust and at the end there wasn’t! His crew cleaned every day and were super nice. They removed our furniture, installed new hardwood where we had tile, refinished our floors and moved furniture back in place. Purchased this home and it already had new floors upstairs. We bought the same floors through Lowes bc they did the original install. Lowes person came out to measure and told me the old floors needed to be torn out. When I asked questions about the product I was told he was just there to measure and we would be sent a quote. Footprints came out and gave us a quote which was great but more importantly read about the flooring product, called the manufacturer and told us it could be done without ripped out old tile bc it was in good shape. Day one was spent grinding down some high spots and doing some leveling. Day two the flooring was installed. Day three was trim work and clean up. We are thrilled with new floors. Call footprints bc you get a great price and their expertise.
