Oscar and Carlos and their team from Footprints Floors were very professional and listened to me throughout the process. Their first priority was that the customer should be happy. My refinished floors look very beautiful. I was told by some companies that since it was a Maple Engineered Hardwood floor, there was no option but to replace it. But Oscar and Carlos assured me that they could be refinished, and they did. They look new. I would highly recommend them for your flooring projects. I have to add that their team member Gerardo did an excellent job sanding the old floors. The result was so beautiful that I opted to not stain them but just seal and varnish them.All in all a great team and a great experience.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new LVP flooring installed by Footprints Floors of East Atlanta! We had a moisture issue on our concrete slab that damaged our five-year-old LVP. After getting multiple quotes, I immediately felt at ease with Kevin Moore. He took the time to understand our situation and provided clear explanations of what to expect once the flooring was removed. On installation day, his reassurance and expertise made all the difference—I don’t think I would have stayed as positive and optimistic without it. The demo and installation process was clean and professional from start to finish. The team not only cleaned up thoroughly but also removed all trash for disposal. Clint was really great to work with. Always on time and responsive. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the only change they had to make during installation was due to existing home construction issues which the installer informed me of immediately. Clint showed up the same day to discuss the needed repairs and made it affordable to take care of. Clint was also very patient when I had to go back and forth with the insurance company about their own estimate for the work that needed to be done. My wife and I are very happy with the quality of their work!

Had my hardwood floors redone that were in pretty rough shape. Mark communicated the process well and answered all of my many questions and concerns. Pedro and Angel were friendly and took time to show me all the stains I wanted sampled on the floor. The whole process took three days and included some laminate removal and disposal. I really love how the floors turned out and have no complaints at all. I feel like they completed everything exactly as it was explained to me and I would absolutely work with them again.

The whole process from start to finish was pleasant & professional. Commitment’s were kept. Very respectful. Attention was paid to every detail. The workers communicated & worked quite well with each other….almost choreographed. I’m thrilled with this company & would highly recommend them for 5 star service!!!

I had a great experience with Footprints Floors . The crew arrived when they said they would and were very respectful and did a nice job on my kitchen. Also, went above and beyond to make my transition pieces thinner so they would blend in. Footprints also came back out and sanded down and stained my stairs and laid floors in the upstairs of my home. I am very pleased with the work and will use them again for future projects.

We had about 25-30 boards replaced (engineered hardwood) in our kitchen and hallway. The quality of the work completed was excellent and Tom and Kyle were great to work with. Very fair pricing.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Peter came out and gave a quick estimate. Scheduling was easy. The crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They removed all the old carpeting, moved our furniture for us, did the needed prep work, and got 1000 sq ft of flooring installed beautifully in 8 hours. When they were done, they put the furniture back and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there. Highly impressed with the work of Peter and his crew. The price was fair, and doing it this way saved us a lot of money. We would 100% use Footprints again!

Ron was very responsive and informative. We had about 1,900 sq ft of engineered floating hardwood to be installed. He said it'd be done in a week and it was, keeping us on schedule for moving into our new home. Worker Rusty was the hardest worker we've seen in a long time and knows what he's doing. Footprints did a fantastic job with my tile floors throughout the house. Unfortunately my refrigerator had a few dings after it was moved so they could tile under it. I took pictures and asked what could be done. They took $1000 off the bill and did the research to find me new refrigerator doors. Recently, we contracted with Footprints Floors to refinish our downstairs floors. Our house was built in 1947, and the floors were still the originals, and had not been refinished since then. We left the house for 8 days and let them work their magic. Rich and Jeremy and the crew did an amazing job and we could not be more pleased! They took pictures every day to show us how scratches and water marks came out. We were shown more pictures to make sure the new stains on the wood were the right tint, and then pictures to show us the finished product as the polyurethane began to dry. We could not wait to get home to see them! In addition, their dust mitigation was outstanding as clean-up was much easier than we thought. Their communication was outstanding through out the whole project, and then Jeremy came over for a final walk through after we arrived home. He told us to let us know if there was any problem going forward and presented us with a special tool to help clean the floors. They were professional in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only reason we gave them a 5-star review, was 6 or 7 was not an option!
