Amazing customer service and excellent job on flooring. Footprints Floors Clearwater was extremely accommodating with scheduling and always picked up the phone when I had questions. Will never go with any other company for flooring!

My floors look awesome! Footprints installed LVP in 2 rooms in our home. They were quick and neat, couldn't even tell they'd been there, except for my new floors. From start to finish it was a professional and pleasant experience! Tim came out and did the bid and Kyle was our project mamager. Both of them were great to work with, understood what we needed and made suggestions that were helpful. We'll be replacing all the flooring in our basement next spring, will definitely call Footprints to take care of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Five Stars for sure for FOOTPRINTS FLOORS EVERETT/BELLINGHAM! After many exhauting trips trying to match our master bedroom floor to our existing wood floors, I contacted Nate at FOOTPRINTS FLOORS. That was all it took. After one visit, Nate found the flooring, arranged for installers, removed and hauled away existing rug, helped us move furniture, left the room clean.....Nate was amazing. We had discovered a water leak in shower . Tom was out the next day with a quote and had us on schedule following Monday . He kept in contact with us and was available to answer any questions! Ward was his employee that came out and when they finished , I was in love 😍 I have never been happier with an outcome it is absolutely beautiful!! I received other quotes that were outstanding! Tom was very affordable and I couldn’t be happier with the work . Please if you’re looking for a tile job contact this company they won’t disappoint!!

Wow! Top notch service and professionalism from initial walk-through and estimate with JR to completion with Alex. A 3/4 inch slope was found in the floor before the tiles were installed and they handled that too. Check out the photos to see our perfect, new bathroom for our children.

We are very pleased with the care Footprints took with refinishing all of the wood floors in our 100 yo home. They communicated and managed our complex, multi-day project well. During their work, we discovered numerous parts of the floor needed to be replaced. Footprints' lead, Leo, made sure his team did an excellent job. Footprints also worked with us to use a base shoe that matches the original base shoe of our home, and it looks so nice with the newly refinished floors. We highly recommend Footprints.

This is the first time I am totally satisfied with flooring installation. Demolition revealed severe problems. Brice and his crew Joaquin and Luis, replaced 900 sq feet of engineered wood and ceramic tile with rectified 24 x 24 tile. They did a perfect job. I have read about the difficulty of installing rectified tile, and Joaquin and Luis stayed focused and organized for days. They did a perfect and beautiful job !

I wanted a flooring company to install Karndean Glue-down LVP in my kitchen so I got quotes from a couple different companies. I decided to go with Footprints Floors for three reasons: the quote was lower than the other company; they got great reviews online; and Kyle, the owner, seemed extremely knowledgeable about glue-down LVP installations. It also helped that he was very responsive whenever I had any questions. In the end, Kyle's team did an amazing job preparing and installing the plywood underlayment, filling in huge gaps in the subfloor, installing the LVP, and making the transition pieces. My expectations are pretty high when it comes to quality of work, and if anything didn't look right, I would have asked for it to be redone. The good news is that the installation was perfect! I plan to use them again for my basement floor (when the time comes).

Trey and his team have been wonderful! I worked with them to do a flooring demo (carpet and tile removal) and LVP installation before I moved out to my new place in Washington. Even with me being on the other side of the country, the whole process was super easy. Trey was available for questions throughout the process, offered some helpful and honest perspective on material selections, and showed great flexibility with managing deliveries/pick-up of the installation materials. I also really appreciated his updates during demo and installation so I could know how things were going and weigh in on questions that popped up. I was nervous about how a remote reno would go, but Trey and his team’s knowledge and professionalism made the process as painless as could be. Will definitely be back in touch for my future tiling projects!

I am very happy with my kitchen backsplash and I can’t wait to show it off to my family. Everyone I that I interacted with and communicated with at Footprints were very professional and respectful. These guys did a great job for me. I had a small stairs job that I needed done and they took the time to speak to me and come up with a plan of attack to get it done. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they followed through on all of the details. I will use them again. They are wonderful.

We needed 117-year-old floors refinished and restored and the result is amazing. Pawel is an artist, and was able to get problem areas fixed, repair some areas, and do it all with care, precision and expert craftsmanship. Kyle the owner is easy to work with and helpful with great advice. It’s not cheap to refinish floors, but this was totally worth it!

Sean and his crew were great! Great communication and on time delivery of the work. I installed around 500 sft solid hardwood floor by removing the carpet in my 3-bedroom house, ordered and got delivered my own materials. The project was done in 1.5 days. Happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service

Our 30 year old house that we've lived in for 14 years was ready for renovations. We chose to pursue replacement of carpet with white oak hardwood floors in 3 rooms, sanding and refinishing of existing 1st floor hardwood, addition of kitchen backsplash, and replacement of fireplace hearth and face tile. We pursued quotes from (4) resources including Footprints Floors. Tom Hickerson visited our home. He did the best job of answering a long list of project questions. In addition, he provided a competitive quote that was the most detailed of all quotes. We planned our work schedule. Tom visited daily to ensure work was on track and resolve any surprises and silly questions that evolved. His floor and tile teams were thorough and accomplished. Most notable was Abraham who a true craftsman who cut and installed herringbone tile for our kitchen backsplash and had stellar workmanship including 45 degree cuts and 1/16" grout lines on fluted fireplace tile. We are extremely happy and currently planning (2) future projects with Footprints Floors.

I worked with them from the beginning. RI met the Manager as I was going into McDonald's for coffee and he was sitting in a Footprints truck. I knocked on window asked for his name and a few other questions. James was very polite and pleasant and he gave me his card, I called as soon as I got home and I set up the free estimate for getting my Hickory floors refinished. Grant the estimator came out within a few days, measured everything and sent me a proposal which was reasonable. He gave me a few things the other companies did not: a military discount, told me his guys would move the furniture and they would put plastic sheathing to contain the dust. I decided to hire them. I opted to leave the house for 4 days and I kenneled my 2 dogs. When I got back the floors were done and looked beautiful and there was no smell. There rep came out and walked through everything as a follow up and said to contact them if any questions came up. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again. Now all have to do is see how their work holds up.

Outstanding craftsmanship and work installing floors throughout our home. Communication could be better to include daily hours of crews and time windows to be home to facilitate house access. Sometimes had to follow-up a few times to confirm an appointment. Amir stopped by to pickup extra flooring, as agreed to. Overall great work and would recommend.

One of the most important things when working with a company that has to do repairs/replacements at your home is their ability to communicate. Kyle was outstanding in this regard with my floor replacement. He kept me informed at every step of the process, answering all my questions promptly and clearly. They made the old dingy floors in my 1950s home look brand new! They were hidden under carpet, they had weird stains on them, and most of the boards were bowed. They came in and got everything sanded and stained day 1. The next few days they sealed the floors. I like how they communicated with me each morning when they were on their way. And at the time of install, James the field manager made sure everything was explained to us and was resdy for the install crew to do their work. I took my time shopping the right floor pros. Could not be happier! Ron was super patient, and is a listener (like, I did not remember mentioning my military service, but it was fully acknowledged). He was in-house, and in communication, daily. The crew was prompt and handled items that had to be moved around with the utmost respect. Of course, the flooring was placed expertly and looks great! I’ll be back for other projects.

Hayden and his team at Footprints did a great job on our project the whole way through. They installed solid red oak on our entire main level, and we are very happy with the results. The quality of work is exceptional, and we get compliments all the time from friends. Hayden was very professional in communicating, and answering all of our questions. From the first sales call to the final payment it was completely seamless. This was a big job as I was having my wall to wall carpet ripped out and LVP installed throughout my whole house. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. They even finished the job in half the estimated time. They cleaned up after themselves and offered to help me move the furniture back at the end. The craftsmanship is impeccable. They beat out 2 other offers I had received based on the integrity they showed from the beginning. To say I'm obsessed with my new LVP floor is an understatement. Entire process was handled professionally and competently. We had a plumbing emergency which required exposure of floor down to the foundation. Footprints was able to provide a contractor who replaced sub floor and tile work. Job took three hours only. We would highly recommend this company for tile and other work related to flooring.

I can’t say enough good things about Footprints. Gene was so professional and did an amazing job communicating and explaining things to me. My floors came out spectacular! I had 4 bedrooms and closets that needed to be tiled the same as the common areas in the house. You can’t tell where the new tiles begin. Diego, Bruno, and Matt did outstanding work and left my house very clean. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work. I am so happy I found them.

I am happy to share my review on Footprints Floors. This week I had some hardwood repair under my dishwasher that had leaked. A few boards had to be replaced and I met with Chuck to discuss the project. Chuck is very knowledgeable and came by to assess the extent of damage after I moved the old dishwasher. He worked hard to match the hardwood as best he could. The floors are 25 years old but you can see the nice job he did in the attached picture. In addition he touched up a spot that had a cracked hardwood board and you can't even see the repair!! Kyle came out to do the actual job and he was thorough and really cleaned up after he was gone. I plan on having Chuck and his team replace my laundry room floors and 2 upstairs bathroom floors in 2025 with porcelain hardwood tile and expect that the craftsmanship I see on this small project will be shown once again. They really take pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend this company to all those who want to know that their floors will be done correctly, look great and will last for years to come.

Gary was very responsive and was able to come out and give us an estimate right away. We needed a tile kitchen backsplash. He walked me through what they would do, what kind of tile to consider, etc. I went and picked out the tile. We were scheduled very quickly and when we were the ones who had to postpone, we were able to get a new install date, again, very soon. We think the installer did an excellent job and I am very picky. He was very efficient and cleaned up his work area. He completed the job in one day. We love the look of our new backsplash. It helped transform a very generic tan /brown kitchen and give it some color and character.

Tony and his team did a fabulous job on refinishing the hardwood maple doors in our house. A very professional team that did a terrific job and on time.

I had Footprints Flooring refinish my main living area in my newly purchased home. Our hardwood was in very rough shape and was not taken care of by the previous owners. It had deep scratches, water damage, most of the finish had worn off, and a lot of gaping. Colton did a great job sanding down the floors, fixing the damage, and restaining and finishing. He also did it very quickly with minimal mess and disruption, which I appreciated. Colton went the extra mile as well to help us move our stove and remove our stair bannisters. Justin was also helpful and very thorough in giving us an estimate and walking us through the process before the project started. All in all, it only took around 4 days start to finish for my ~620 square feet of hardwood. I am happy with my floors and will likely be returning to Footprints Flooring in the future when they are due for a refinish again.

I could not be happier! Our floors turned out incredible. We bought the house from another state and the floors were UV damaged and splotchy and very red/pink. Scott communicated and worked with us via text/phone and we were able to get his team in to do the work before we moved in which was AMAZING. Him and Jonatan were very communicative and creative when it came to solutions for some things that popped up along the way. Scott is so kind and really just wants you as his customer to be so ecstatic about your floors - and we are! Would recommend him and his team to anyone and everyone.
