Justin was so great to work with. So kind, and so responsive to all my questions and needs. Wanderly did our instal and he did such good work. He cleaned up continuously after himself and the tile looks amazing. We will definitely be using them again!

Great company, very understanding and easy to work with. Did a wonderful job of laying a beautiful floor! Job was done within 5 days of 6 different rooms and closest kept the house and outside area clean the entire time! They kept up with all the trash they made. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our hardwood floors were in desperate need of refinishing and Footprints Floors brought them back to life. Working with Mike and the team at Footprints Floors was a dream come true. Mike took the time the time to visit and carefully review the floor condition and discuss refinishing options. We also were given detailed information on how the process would work, how to prepare, and what to expect. Once the work started, we were kept informed during the various stages of refinishing. The job was completed on time as promised and our 20 year old floors look like brand new. Mike also returned after the floor was cured to carefully put appliances back into position on the new floors and provided detailed floor care instructions to keep them looking like new. We recently hired Footprints to install new flooring in our home, and overall, were satisfied with the results. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently to get the job done within the expected timeframe. The floors look good, and the space feels refreshed and much improved. There were a few minor details that could have been handled a bit more carefully, but nothing major. Communication was generally fine, though there were a couple of times we had to reach out for updates. All in all, Footprints delivered solid work at a fair price. While there’s a bit of room for improvement, we’re happy with how things turned out and would consider using them again for future projects.

Alex is respectful and highly professional. He worked closely with us and sent a skilled team to handle our upstairs floors, stair railing, and stairs. Like many projects, there were a few hurdles along the way, but he addressed them with professionalism and ease. The end result was great! We are very happy with the quality of work he did.

Lee and his associates were very professional and timely. everything looked absolutely beautiful. They redid the tile in the bathroom shower and tub area. I highly recommend them for any floor or wall tile work. I will definitely call them for any future work as well. they not only get 5 stars but an A+ as well.

Everything from my first interaction to the end of the job was great! This company communicated very well and efficiently. I got an estimate within a day after calling and the job started shortly after. I had two bedrooms and three closets and a hallway done, and they had it done in less than a day! Kyle and his team were great to work with! From the initial meeting through to completion, I have no complaints. I went with them because of the very rare negative review and how they responded to/handled it. We had one tiny 'issue', if you can even call it that, with some accidentally missed molding in a closet, and they were back the next day to complete it. The floors look amazing, everything was cleaned up nicely, the team was friendly, and the communication was clear. And they are fast! No hesitations in recommending them!

Scott came out to look at a section of floor that was cupping—shot really straight, gave me some suggestions to remedy the issue before resorting to a whole refinish, and said he’d be happy to help when the other moisture variables were accounted for and we were ready to refinish the whole floor. I’ll definitely be calling them back when we’re ready. Integrity matters and these guys have it.

Footprints Floors installed new floors in my residence and did a phenomenal job during all phases of the project. The flooring job is in the top two best installs I’ve ever seen in a residence and I have a high level of exposure to flooring installs as a 10- year full-time real estate agent. FOOTPRINTS sent a team composed of three outstanding workers to refinish my red oak kitchen floor. All three of them are of Brazilian heritage. One was born here in the US, but grew up in Brazil. Another -- Marcos the team lead -- was born in Brazil. He arrived in the US at age with his nurse mother 14 years ago. He will become a US citizen in one year. The third worker arrived in the US a couple of years ago, and is now being trained as an apprentice. They're all three hard and skilled workers. They meticulously covered all of my kitchen doors, cabinets countertops and an island with plastic to protect from dust that was created when the oak floor was sanded. Then, they did a great sanding job on the floor. Next, the floor was custom stained to as close as possible match my family room and living room oak floors. All of us thought the chosen stain color was good, until varnish was applied. Then, the color match was clearly not right. Marcos, head of the team, quickly said that they were halting the varnish application, and after it dried they would resand the entire floor to remove the stain and varnish. Next, they sanded the first stain away within a 3 x 3 ft area, surrounding it with blue masking tape and sub-dividing it into 6 separate sections. Marcos then hand mixed 6 slightly different stains. Once those stains were dry, we selected the closest match to the other floors. Result: A perfect match was made and applied. Finally, two coat of commercial grade oil-base satin varnish was applied. Result: A very smooth and outstanding new floor for my kitchen Bravo for FOOTPRINTS, Marcos and his assistants! I highly recommend THEM.

I wish I could give a higher rating than five stars. Todd is the best project manager and his team is amazing. Expert workmanship and customer satisfaction is an obvious goal of this fine company. Our original wood floors were refinished and are beautiful. Thank you Footprints Floors!

Footprints Floors helped us out in out time of need. We had pipes break in our slab that ended up re plumbing the whole house and moving the a/c heat vents to the attic. The plumbing project required access through a shower wall & the a/c project filled the floor vents with concrete. Jimmy at Footprints took care of these issues for us promptly and professionally. Footprints repaired our wood floors where the a/c vents used to be and did an excellent job. Jimmy also gave us referrals where my wife could pick out material for the shower, while we were getting a new shower we went ahead and got a new floor and countertop as well. We love our new shower and bathroom. Footprints Floors was a silver lining in our home disaster. I would call them again for floor and tile needs and highly recommend them.

Awesome experience from beginning to end!

Footprints did an amazing job on refinishing our 100 yo floors and staircase today including banister. The team worked really hard and were very dedicated to doing a perfect job. I definitely highly recommend them!! We’ll be going back to them for another job later refinishing our kitchen floors.

I’m so happy with the job that Aaron and Juan did on refinishing the wood floors of our new home. Aaron is a great communicator and kept me informed step by step with many pictures, texts and calls.

We had an office/bedroom conversion which needed LVP blended into existing flooring in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Brandon's bid was competitive, the work promptly scheduled and completed, and followup communication prompted for feedback and satisfaction. Let’s just say wow! We had the best experience with Tom Dipaolo at Footprint floors. From the day he came for the estimate until completion, everything was handled better than I could even imagine. We had some snags with a third party tile provider we opted to use and Tom handled everything for us when most contractors would have thrown it right back on my plate. He was super attentive and worked and completed on a super tight deadline. His worker he used was so honest, we entrusted him completely to watch our house while we were out of town for a week and he even got our packages for us. I wish I could only work with contractors as honest and attentive as Tom. We will be using him again and again for any and all projects we get. And he was the least expensive of all of our project bids! You really can’t go wrong with them. We’re so very happy A+
