Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

This company has the best customer service from the young lady that answers the phone to Michael Goff. I received a call back immediately regarding my floors and Michael came to my house and we discussed it. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the cost of refinishing floor’s, I couldn’t afford it.

Our flooring installation was ~1800 sq ft with difficult demolition. In spite of this, It took just a little over 2 weeks from the time I first contacted Dan until Eder and Team had completed the work. They may have even be able to complete it sooner if we hadn’t needed a few days to get our materials and be ready to go. Not only did they finish the job ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was great too. Eder’s demolition/installation Team truly worked harder than I think I have ever witnessed. Not sure what more I could ask for. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and his crew at Footprints Floors of Northeast Ohio. You won't beat the experience. He and his team installed laminate floors throughout our home.
During the planning process Mike was on time to appointments, gave a fair estimate (which was the final price with no hidden costs!) and answered a LOT of emails from us. He provided recommendations for where to buy flooring, what type of flooring would work, maintenance, color... even the direction of the boards within our rooms.
His communication was impeccable. Texts confirming appointments, notification that he was on the way, never a delay, never a question of whether he was going to show up or not. Same for his crew, they were always on time.
The work itself is fantastic! We are very happy with the craftsmanship. Every step was taken to control the dust and dirt, clean up inside and out was as you would expect. The floors look great, the finishing touches were perfect as well - even going so far as to cut away at the fireplace so the flooring would look as if it were installed prior to the fireplace.

We got the retro bathroom of our dreams! Great experience! Jordan was such a polite, helpful salesperson. We got that instant “trust” feeling and went with Footprints over other quotes because of that. James was a terrific PM - really made sure everything was going well and checked in and communicated regularly. Ramiro laid beautiful tile and is such a hard worker and lovely person. Gerry was a wizard putting the finishing touches on everything. They worked fast but quality work at a fair price point.
