Mick and his team of all star installers were amazing. They tiled my patio and steps in 4 day and did an incredible job. The results were much better than I expected. Mick and his team explained every step of the process and were easy to talk to which made me feel confident and stress free during the project. Hands down the best tile guys in town. We recently had the pleasure of working with Footprints for LVP upstairs and hardwood staircase. The project manager and team did a great job matching the hardwood stain to the color of the LVP we picked out. They communicated well regarding start and end times and always showed up when they said they would. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and will definitely be using them again for our downstairs in the near future.

Unbelievably gorgeous floors! Refinished our red oak floors with silver grey which took out the red leaving it a light warm and beautiful. Super fast too.

From the first encounter with Gene, i knew he was a great guy with great intentions. Not the contractor or person looking to screw you over but someone who legitimately wants to do great work. We were SO IMPRESSED with how easy this company was to work with! Joseph goes above and beyond and CARES about their quality and your experience! He is honest and is kind! In my experience that is hard to come by these days. We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. They made it enjoyable! They were extremely helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. 👏🏼👏🏼

I had a difficult flooring project that I put off for years trying to find someone who could tackle such a complicated job. I saw an ad for Footprints Floors and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Joseph came right out to give me a bid—He is personable and organized, and remained attentive and communicative throughout the process. They were able to transform my uneven, peeling basement kitchen floor to beautiful LVP flooring. (See before and after photos) Everyone was very pleasant and kind to work with and they completed the project quickly with a great result.

Matt is very responsive and went above and beyond to get me an estimate of floor damages before closing.

I am a picky DIY'er and in most cases, when I hire someone to come in and do things like cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc., I am not totally, completely, satisfied. However, I have to say that Footprints Floors knocked it out of the park with replacing the flooring in my whole condo with a new Luxury Vinyl Flooring product that we got from Floor and Decor. We just love the new floor, and the workers at our place were very pleasant and diligent about making it perfect. I would recommend Footprints Floors to EVERYONE who lives in this area and needs floor work. We are very pleased!!

We were looking for a company to redo our wood floors. After getting a couple estimates, what made us go Footprints, was Kevin. He took the time to come and explain the process and made us feel very confident that we made the right choice. We could have used a cheaper option, but working with Footprints felt right. When we gave Footprints the go ahead, the service from the entire time was excellent. Workers showed up on time and worked non stop for 2 days until everything was done. They also do not make a mess. Lastly, being able to talk to the owner goes a long way. Keep up the good work Kevin and the Footprints team.

Kyle and crew were so great to work with. We had our master bedroom red oak wood floors refinished to a more natural/white finish and they did phenomenal job. Allowed us to see a few different sample areas and were patient while we chose. Will definitely be using Footprints again when we're ready to do the whole house.
