Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

Oliver, Chris and the Team were amazing. I have a 100+ year old home in RI and the floors were horrible. Two other contractors (not mentioned) were hired and made even a bigger mess. When we first spoke with Oliver and showed him the project he said he would be able to help and make everything right. We had a great experience with Tim and his team on our kitchen backsplash project. They first had to remove our previous backsplash from about four years ago, which unfortunately hadn’t been done very well, and then installed the new one. They completed the entire job in just half a day, and the quality of the work was excellent.

From the 1st call to the final inspection we felt we were in good hands. Ours was not the largest job. A little over 400ft of laminate . However the time and detail that Jose and Jose gave to our living room was exceptional .
The end result was a floor we are so proud of. The pricing is more than fair. Especially for the customer service and craftsmanship.
We are booking for our hardwood refinish as well!

Jeff promptly answered my first text and referred us Rico at The Tile Shop to pick out tile.
I sent pictures, measurements and type of tile we were interested in to Rico before our appointment with him.

Solved my problems and got me my home back. This, after months of trying to deal with contractors who were proposing solutions costing tens of thousands of dollars, said I would have to replace the entire floor, etc. Lee was great - very professional and kind. Found exact match to my flooring and once I got the flooring, installation took one day. The total cost was a fraction of the other quotes. Minimum fuss, no mess left behind, workmanship excellent- couldn’t find anything wrong with it.

They installed our Arto 11A Arabesque (Normandy Cream) in the powder bath and full-height Casablanca zellige on our kitchen bar wall — both handmade tiles that require serious layout planning and depth control. The arabesque pattern is unforgiving, and the zellige demanded careful attention to variation and vertical alignment, especially behind custom brass shelving. The finished work looks intentional and precise.
When we later uncovered a fabrication issue with our shelving (unrelated to their install), Lee took the time to fully re-check tolerances and document everything before any changes were made to the tile. That professionalism meant a lot.
I’m extremely particular, and both spaces came out beautifully. Highly recommend!
