I could not have been more pleased with Footprints Floors. Tom was amazing to work with during the process. We had a small project, and it was a busy time of year for them, but he made it work. Luis was a wonderful craftsman. He did a phenomenal job matching the floor stain to exactly what we wanted. If you want someone reliable, trustworthy, and quality craftsmanship I highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Best floor installers in DFW! Alan and Brice were professional, courteous, and thorough. Alan and his team worked with our existing materials, making sure before installing that we had all the correct pieces and an accurate amount. Our master closet redo looks great because of the awesome start they provided. Alan even went a step beyond when I asked about builder-installed flooring that seemed off. He gave me great advice to help push the builder to fix the poor installing job. Will go with Footprints Floors next time.

Hayden and the Footprint Floors team did an AMAZING job refinishing our floors and replacing a staircase. I can’t say enough about the level of customer service! When making a choice to refinish our ash floors i requested estimates from three companies. I was very impressed with Grants prompt response in coming out to the house and his professionalism throughout the quoting process. The quote was fair and concise in what we wanted including seeing multiple samples of sealers in order to have the finish we wanted. The job was completed beautifullly and in a timely fashion by Juan, Angel & Ivan. James, our Project Manager was there to do the final walk through and fix any of the areas we had concerns with. We appreciated his efforts to complete the job to our satisfaction. We had high expectations and had been in remodel mode for over 3 months which made for a customer who had a bit of exhaustion with contractors. I commend James for listening, explaining things and wanting to make the floors right & the project experience the best it could be! I would highly recommend Footprint Flooring for your project.✨️👍

My experience with Footprints Floors was wonderful. Doug Engle, the owner of the company, was very attentive, informational regarding the process, and available if I needed anything. His work crew did a tremendous job restoring our floors. They were courteous and very careful to do a good job. To anyone in need of such services, I would give them the highest recommendation. They are worthy, financially reasonable, and quite professional.

Mike was so easy to work with from beginning to end! He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and guided us through the process very well. Our job was completed in half the estimated time and looks great! Couldn’t recommend them enough 😀

From the quote to completion... great! I had a very difficult custom staircase that was covered in an awful thick rug. They took care if the stairs and two bedrooms. They look beautiful... they left everything so clean. Great job!!

Although a little expensive, Eduardo and his crew worked around the problem caused by coordinating with the installation of a washer and dryer and with the two-tile design I had worked up to keep from having the washroom floor look too unlike the rest of the house - and we were very pleased with the results.

Kyle and his team were fantastic. Kyle was very responsive and provided various options on our project, and made everything very easy to understand. The team was courteous, did a great job, and worked very efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Josh and his team took incredible care of my historic home. Many other contractors told me my original wood floors couldn't be repaired, but Josh went above and beyond to repair and restore my beautiful floors. Not only was the work top notch, the customer service and care Josh provided was incredible. I've never had a contractor take the stress out of a stressful damage situation. If you live in the Riverside Avondale area and need floor work done, you have to call Josh at Footprints Floors.

I was preparing for my upcoming relocation from DC to Grand Rapids several months ago and started with getting my hardwood floors refinished in my new older home. I contacted three different flooring companies, Footprints being one of them and the other two will remain unnamed. Company #1 never returned my call. Company #2 eventually returned my call over a week later. Footprints answered my call with a live person. Off to a good start. Several hours later, Todd returned my call, and I gave him the particulars, and he came out the very next day. Called me back with an estimate for just doing the hallways and living room, and I immediately contracted with him. He started the process less than a week later. As it turns out, I ended up getting the entire first floor refinished based on pictures Todd showed me. He didn't have to say anything, the pictures told the story. Best decision ever. His crew did the work, finished on time, on budget and the floors looked great. He made many trips to the house and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am still in DC so communication was critical to me. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received from visitors about how great the floors look. I think I used the term "pretty" at one point. From start to finish, communication, process and 1st class results were simply fantastic. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thank you, Todd and crew. I wish all businesses were run this way.

We were refinishing existing hardwood floors and laying new hardwood in the living room. We called Jessie at Footprint Floors for an estimate. He did an outstanding job getting us a detailed estimate and answering all our questions. He scheduled our job and did a great job communicating with us on the project. The flooring install team worked hard and finished the flooring in three days. On the fourth day they did the final details. The floors look beautiful and all the rooms blended together. We had a project manager who checked in on our project every day. The project manager closed out with us and gave instructions on floor drying. During the project Jessie, Field Manager, checked in with us every day to make sure things were going well.

This is my second round with Jeff Harris and his Footprint flooring crew. He came in and gave a fair estimate for labor and exceeded expectations with installation of our flooring and trim work afterwards. Great follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. Jeff was very respectful, considerate and helpful. His crew was amazing, even adjusted colors on stair treads with sanding restaining to match the flooring. Thank you again, Jeff. Happy to offer refer anytime for you and you know I'll be calling if we have needs again.

We love our floors! Joseph is very easy to work with and accommodating! He and his team were willing to work creatively with us on several projects. The work is checked daily to assure the results are excellent. Joseph is honest and shows up- he stands behind the work. He also has excellent craftsmen working to install the flooring.

Im a new homeowner and was nervous finding someone to trust to do my floors. Floyd came and gave me so many options on what floor panels to choose from. He was patient with me and I didn’t feel rushed. The guys came in the morning and done by 4. They moved furniture and put it back. They did such a great job! I am so happy with my floors.

Kevin was the best from start to finish. Showed up on time. Sent the estimate right away. Great price. Got us in right away scheduled within the week. Refinishers showed up on time and got right to work. Kevin was a great communicator and made sure everything was getting done on schedule and handled the hiccups along the way. Job was scheduled for two days and was complete in two days. Thanks to Kevin and the crew. I will use them again in the future.

Grant came to give me a quote on my hard wood floors. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent which I appreciate! Had a quote over to me shortly after his visit and the pricing is reasonable. Will definitely be using them for my floor repairs :)

This is the second project we have had them do. Always professional, clean and reasonable. We will always recommend them.

We had an idea of what we wanted and Justin was our second quote. It was obvious from the moment he cane in that he was very profession and knew his business. He made some great suggestions and even recommended a scope change which dramatically improved our project. We installed approximately 1000 square feet of large (9 1/2 x 60) luxury vinyl planks replacing engineered wood, carpet, and tile. Our installer, Eric Creamer did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Justin and Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs.

Bob and his crew did an outstanding job! Our 1970 wood floor turned out beautiful!! We wanted a light gray wash on the red and white oak… it is exactly how we envisioned it! Great job Footprints!!

Jeff and his team were amazing. I received immediately after the measurements were taken. I paid my deposit easily through a link. When the workers came to complete the project, they completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I started a floating floor project on my own and soon realized I was out of my depth. I called Footprints Floors and I am relieved that I did. Jeff sent someone out to check out my project and they had it completed in no time. They were extremely professional, courteous and did an excellent job not only finishing the floor, but cleaning up afterwards as well. I cannot recommend them enough. I won't even bother calling anyone else I the future - they have my business for life.

We found Footprints online and could not be happier with our results. Mick came to our house and was very helpful and professional. We felt comfortable and decided to have him do the job of putting in our vinyl planks in our bedroom. Rob his field supervisor took over at that point and was equally as helpful and on top of the job. The workers were courteous and within a couple of days the work was finished. I would highly recommend Footprints for any floor installation. In FL where I have been disappointed many times was very pleased to find a company that performed as they promised. They deserve the 5 stars and more!

My husband and I recently had the need for some flooring restoration. It was a master bath, and was the result of water damage from a toilet. Justin arrived as scheduled to evaluate the job. At that time the a schedule was made with a firm cost excluding anything under the sub flooring not understood at the time. Once work began for removal of the moldy sub floor the scope of work changed. Eric the installer stopped at that point and conferred with us and Justin. The plan for full restoration given this newly added work was immediately assessed and agreed upon prior to restarting . There were no surprises. BothyJustin and Eric are very ethical, and true to their word. Friendly and followed up on our satisfaction. Great experience and will be using them again when that time comes.

The owner Mike is fantastic to work with. Found them after doing some research on good tilers in Cincinnati, and they had a lot of great reviews. When you meet Mike you can just tell he cares about his customers and the quality of work, which was the main reason we selected them over other companies. We had a few snafus that came up during the process, but Mike was always helpful to work through them and ensure we felt taken care of. His main tile installer Ramon is the freakin man! Super friendly and respectful, and an absolute artist when it comes to laying out the tile. He installed some super large form tile for us (4ftx4ft) solo, and they were perfectly level with beautiful grout lines. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I highly recommend Footprints Flooring. We installed new flooring in our small church of approximately 4,000 square feet of uneven old floors that were a mess! Hector and his crew went above and beyond to make everything look great! They were punctual, reliable, and very patient with the constant challenges and changes, they also had great communication throughout the project. They made a difficult project seem easy! I would use them again for another project.

Footprints Floors installed tile on my outside rear patio and it turned out great. Carlos was very thorough and meticulous in setting and ensuring all looked good. Turned out even better than anticipated. From meeting with sales Rep, Tim; then working with the PM, Kyle, was good and professional experience. Kyle followed up with any questions and even came the day after to make sure it looked well and that I was satisfied. I’d recommend them for any of your tile or flooring needs !

Joseph has been great to work with as I get my house renovated. They have done my kitchen backsplash, baseboards/doortrim, vinyl floor, some subfloor work, and carpet for me. In each instance they did a really good job and they communicated a lot with me while doing so. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. When I do other homes of mine I will be going back to Joseph each time.

Amazing experience with Footprints Floors Nashville. We renovated our primary shower recently, and Saul and Marvin were incredible to work with. They walked me through each step of the process and made sure it was exactly what I was wanting. Their attention to detail and overall excellence in their craft deserves these five stars!

This group of professionals worked diligently with almost no breaks to complete my project. They stayed late into the night once to finish.They were meticulous and attentive to details. My floors look awesome! Footprints installed LVP in 2 rooms in our home. They were quick and neat, couldn't even tell they'd been there, except for my new floors. From start to finish it was a professional and pleasant experience! Tim came out and did the bid and Kyle was our project mamager. Both of them were great to work with, understood what we needed and made suggestions that were helpful. Five Stars for sure for FOOTPRINTS FLOORS EVERETT/BELLINGHAM! After many exhauting trips trying to match our master bedroom floor to our existing wood floors, I contacted Nate at FOOTPRINTS FLOORS. That was all it took. After one visit, Nate found the flooring, arranged for installers, removed and hauled away existing rug, helped us move furniture, left the room clean.....Nate was amazing. We cannot thank him enough and highly recommend him and his team to all. THANKS NATE!

We had discovered a water leak in shower . Tom was out the next day with a quote and had us on schedule following Monday . He kept in contact with us and was available to answer any questions! Ward was his employee that came out and when they finished , I was in love 😍 I have never been happier with an outcome it is absolutely beautiful!! I received other quotes that were outstanding! Tom was very affordable and I couldn’t be happier with the work . Please if you’re looking for a tile job contact this company they won’t disappoint!!

Wow! Top notch service and professionalism from initial walk-through and estimate with JR to completion with Alex. A 3/4 inch slope was found in the floor before the tiles were installed and they handled that too. Check out the photos to see our perfect, new bathroom for our children.
