Shortly thereafter, a date was confirmed to begin the job. Kyle was the project manager who arrived promptly on the start date with his crew. Also, he was diligent being onsite daily at times during the project to make certain it was completed to our satisfaction. Footprints Floors installed a tiled kitchen backsplash including an accent wall and kitchen island wall. Marvin was the tile installer for the backsplash who did an exceptional job. His work is outstanding and there is nothing that Marvin cannot accomplish as a tile installer. He is extremely meticulous, highly skilled and an exceptional craftsman in his trade. Marvin’s co-worker also did an excellent job installing the tile on the island. I am so pleased and impressed with the final result of the tile installation project which was completed to perfection. Footprints Foors in Carmel did an amazing job replacing my carpet with LVP! We had them replace almost 1000 sq ft, so it was a large project. Tom and Kyle were on top of any issues that arise and made sure everything was good. The crew was so nice, very efficient and kept everything clean, even during such a big project. I couldn’t believe that they finished early. They even matched the pattern of my current floor making it look seamless (2nd picture). I’d 100% use them again!

Just had this company refinish an office that got a dark spot on the hardwood floor. Saul came out and did the estimate and was on time and communicated well during the whole process. His team did a great job redoing the floor (was done by another company last year who would not return calls to see if the wanted the job). It matched up well with our foyer area so it blends in well with all the hardwood floors. Team was very conscious to put up plastic to minimize dust outside this room and foyer. Guys were very professional in their work. I would recommend this company to anyone else.

I have a hardwood floor that developed a squeak between boards. I called Footprints Floors of Ashburn to make an appointment for an estimate. The technician/owner, Tim Buser, was in the local area and kind enough to squeeze me in for an assessment. Tim was quick to identify the problem and fixed the loose board immediately. Additionally, he fixed adjacent wood blemishes and made the job look as nothing happened. I shall not hesitate to contact Footprints Floors of Ashburn in the future.

We had major water damage through a random leak that started while we were out of town visiting family. We went with Footprints based on the experience of a neighbor who used them years before. We replaced the 4 rooms upstairs with luxury vinyl, and the entire ground floor with hardwood floors (some of the wood was damaged and thus replaced, and the rest of the hardwood was sanded/finished and stain to match. It all looks like an entirely new floor.). We are very happy with both the vinyl and the hardwood floors! The crew was great, and Marcus, the project manager, was fantastic. There were 2 small projects that needed a touch up, and a cleanup where some finish was on our countertop and entrance tiles. He responded in a very timely manner and took care of the issues. We go on record recommending Footprints!

I just completed a project with Footprints that started small and quickly grew to include the whole first floor. Chip and his crew were great along the way, working with me as the project grew and still completing the work in a timely fashion. He provided frequent communication for arrival times and any changes. They also recommended other contractors that also did good work. The project ended up being much more complicated than originally planned, but the crew worked hard to ensure the surface was prepped well and the finish product looks great! They were punctual each day, and communicated really well. I would certainly use them again for future flooring projects.

The work was done for the exact amount quoted, even with some minor additions during the job. Let us know when they would arrive and leave every day. Finished in the time quoted and collected the final 1/2 of the bill the day after they finished and the manager finished the final walk through.
