Professional Backsplash Installation

Had hired another contractor awhile back and to say that they did a horrible job would be an understatement. Arranged for Footprints Floors to come in and redo my bathroom tub tile. They quickly removed the previously damaged tile and proceeded to make my shower look better than it has done in years. Highly recommend-Mack is an outstanding worker who does meticulous work. Would recommend with no reservations.

The workmanship was great. The team was pleasant to work with. It did take longer than I anticipated because their workdays started mid-day, so be prepared for your house to potentially be tore up longer than anticipated. There was also a large amount of dust all over the adjoining rooms because protective plastic was not used to seal off the work area.

Footprints Floors was an awesome company to work with! Everyone was very nice and communicated with us throughout the project. They did an amazing job replacing our stairs flooring, and they even fixed our squeaky steps. I highly recommend them!

Martin provided clear details during the estimate phase, and worked with me to understand what I wanted and how best to achieve it. The team arrived on a Tuesday with an expected 2.5 day turnaround. They worked diligently and professionally and let to the timeline. Communication throughout the project was timely and clear, and my floor looks amazing!

Long overdue review - Mick‘s team did a great job replacing carpet with new tiling floor over this summer. Rob was great and accommodating. He helped through the process and Dania did wonders as the floor was not easy one as it was uneven and she did the job all by herself. Highly recommend the team. Photos are before and after.

Mike and his crew were so helpful in getting our flooring done before we moved into our new home and were out of state. He coordinated entry with the realtor and worked with us remotely to give us multiple options when we weren't sure what would look best in the space. Footprints Floor Richmond is a highly professional and personable flooring company. Scott explains their services, details the steps of the project, provides cost competitive quotes. Ken manages the projects effectively and ensures all goes well and the customer is totally happy with their work. They leave NO MESS!!! They totally clean up behind themselves. Over the past two years, Scott's team have replaced vinyl flooring in four of my bathrooms and laundry room. They just recently, November 2024, completed tiling work in my owner's bathroom renovation. They removed the old flooring, replaced with tile, did the baseboard trim, and tiled the walls/niche around the vanity with mother of pearl tile. It is absolutely gorgeous. I am totally satisfied. (Disregard the lighting in the picture. The new lights will be more modern and centered when they arrive. Obviously this is not within scope for Scott's team.) They will be back to lay hardwood floors in my downstairs level and to tile the backslash in my kitchen. I would definitely you recommend you give them a try.

I had my kitchen for and entrance way flooring done. The crew was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions. My hat goes off to Client. He was so helpful and informative. I highly recommend them to all my friends, and use them for any future work.

They refinished my hardwood floors and it came out looking great! I told them that I was on a very tight schedule and they were able to get me in the following monday. It only took 4 days to completely sand down and apply three coats of finish on these old floorboards. I am very pleased with the result and will recommend them to my friends!

We had such a wonderful experience with our LVP install. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. It was blown away by how quickly our flooring and baseboards were installed. It looks amazing. I would recommend them to everyone!

in less than a week I had a meeting, chose the perfect carpet color and in one day had old carpet in 2 large rooms demo'ed, furniture moved (deconstructed) new carpet put down and furniture replaced. All garbage taken away. I was thrilled with the personal care and quality of everything and everyone at Footprints Floors LA!

Our home is 25 years old and it was time to refurbish our Maple floors. We had two companies come and give us a bid and I’m so glad that we did. We felt that Footprints Floors would do us a better job and at a reasonable rate. Justin is the gentleman that came and gave us our bid, while measuring we conversed about the problems with our floor and what it would take to to bring it back up to shape( our floor had some major problems because of the foundation shifting). Tim was very humble in talk and was knowledgable. His team did the work of removing the wooden floors for my living area and installing the new wood in few hours only. No squeaking sound. Also after the work there was some issue with stairnose which Tim fixed after visiting the home. I have seen contractors not responding back after the payment is made to them but Tim was very professional in that. Really appreciate his effort.

We used for our living room flooring and they were great. Very helpful, forthcoming, and quick work. Reasonably priced and came with year warranty for installation.

Justin and Eric have been exceptional. While building my house I have worked with MANY contractors. These two have been far and above the best to work with. They are so easy to work with and do more than they say they will with their service. Eric is the installer and does exceptional am work and is very easy to work with.

Footprint floors did an amazing job. My floors had a dark ebony stain and I chose to go with a light, weathered oak stain. I was so concerned with how this would turn out since redwood floors have such a variation of colors within the wood. I didn’t want them to look pink or too brown. Once completed it turned out exactly like I wanted, exceeded my expectation. One of their workers, Junior, knew I was struggling with the color even after they applied several samples, it was hard to visualize what the entire house would look like with just looking at a small sample. They applied a larger sample for me and it was beautiful. They did a great job of getting all the dark ebony stain off the floor as well as the edges near the baseboards. I would highly recommend them for refinishing your hardwood floors. See my before and after pictures of how I went from super dark ebony floors to weathered oak stain.

He and his crew showed up and the job was done in 2 days like he said. The two-man crew left behind to do the job where both quick, polite and professional, they even took the time to line up lines in the tile which really made the cheap home-depot tile pop and look good. Would absolutely use again, it was an honor to work with such consummate professionals. I can't believe I wasted my time talking to others.

We thought about having our floors refinished for quite some time but weren't sure who to go with. The floors were solid wood that had been stained and prefinished prior to installation. We were told that this is process would be tricky, time consuming and that possibly we wouldn't be pleased with the outcome.
