The crew at Footprints Floors Carmel just finished installing new flooring on our entire first floor and were able to complete the job faster than initially expected and on budget! They left our home clear of any construction debris. Amazing results! Todd, Marcus, and Juan turned my worn down floors into a thing of beauty. They were even able to replace some individual boards that were severely damaged beyond repair and you can’t even tell which boards are new!

Mark came out same day to evaluate the work area. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. The price was the best around town. He then booked me for two days after our conversation. Pedro and Angel came on time and I was quoted 830am-4pm and they were done at 1130am. Their work was professional and super quick. They even saved me 4 boxes of material so I can get some money back. They cleaned up their work and were awesome. I would recommend Footprints 10/10 times.

Keith and his team of expert installers Blake and Hope “carried me” across the finish line of my project. I would give more if I was able. This company does what it says, and says what it does. Ben was great at communication, he told us a price upfront and it never changed, even though he had to purchase some extra thin-set. His guys were on time every day and where very respectful, clean, efficient and put quality into to there work. We were very impressed with all aspects and will definitely be using them again. I used Footprint Floors to install laminate on my first floor and had them downstairs caps on the steps leading upstairs. I had them come back over 3 years later and put same laminate in my 2nd floor rooms. I was worried about how they were going to work with my large heavy furniture in the two rooms but they made it work without having to disassemble my beds! I valued their work so much from my first install that I didn’t even consider or call another company for my 2nd install. I have confidently referred several of my friends to them without worry. I’m an interior designer in RI, CT and MA. I can not tell you how much I respect Oliver and his team. In my field things, change constantly and as such additional “needs” become important to stay on track. Oliver’s team came in to strip and refinish all the floors and was fantastic with whatever new obstacles presented itself: A hearth in a 100 year old home needed to be removed, replaced with 100 year old “fur” to match the remaining floor - His team did not hesitate; under a carpet in a closet on the third floor - flooring was removed,replace by new wood and recovered with the carpeting and the 100 year old matching fur was then placed in the dining room, blending seamlessly. Again on the same job - the kitchen island was moved an additional 4 ft from original layout, and once again Footprints matched the space seemlessly! Last 2 photos show the old red finish on the floors throughout, the hearth that was removed and the closet they were able to take wood from to match the dining room. Such fantastic work.

We selected Footprints based on the published reviews. We were not disappointed. Chuck Williams, the businesses owner, was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He made the necessary trips to inspect the project space and advise us on the proper layout of our hardwood floor given the peculiarities of our home's subfloor construction. As an engineer, I found I could trust his judgment and experience. He was also accommodating of our schedule - we did two rooms but couldn't do them at the same time. Unlike other contractors he did not charge a premium for sending his crew out a second time. The proposal and quote were very detailed with everything spelled out, no surprises. The installer did an excellent job and was very professional, cleaned up everything very well. A real plus for us was the inclusion in the quote of pick up and delivery of the flooring from the supplier. They removed all of the existing carpeting, padding, etc, eliminated all the squeaks, and thoroughly dealt with the cat urine/odor that had permeated part of one room. Was it perfect? Almost. We found (only) one spot where a wall was dinged during installation. They do not promise that there will be no such occurrences, but since we were planning to paint the walls after the installation, we did not mention this one small hiccup. We will use Footprints Floors again without hesitation. Chuck was a pleasure to work with.

Becca and her team did an awesome job on my remodel. We took out the carpet and extended the wood floors into the living room and hallway. The wood looks great, and you can’t even tell it was only in one room! I was nervous about picking a color and they made that easy as well. I hired Tim and his team to replace all of my laminate flooring due to a leak. From beginning to end, Tim exhibited excellent customer service. He knew I would be working with my insurance and ensured I had the appropriate documentation to send back to them. He also was quick to set up an estimate and turned around with the quote pretty quickly! The work took a bit longer than he initially estimated, but again, he and his team did great. They took about two days to complete all the work (replacing about 700sqft of laminate flooring with LVP and refacing my tiled fireplace with limestone). He paid very close attention to detail asking me my preference on things as small as grout color and spacing. He also made it very clear which items I would need to ask for/order from the supplier in order for them to complete the work. Even afterward, I had Tim come back for a few QA checks as I got settled into my space again and he made sure to tie up any loose ends and ensure our floors and fireplace were pristine and upheld to his standard of work. I am super appreciative of Tim and though I hope to not have to replace any more flooring in the future, he will definitely be the first on my list to call if I do! Thanks, Tim and team!

They were very professional and informative, in preparation for the process and choosing quality flooring that we love.
