Honesty and helpfulness above and beyond! We had an issue with our shower and Justin from Footprints Floors came out to take a look. Footprints Floors did a really nice job. Three guys came. They very carefully moved and returned the furniture in each room. They prepped and leveled the floors and spread two kinds of underlay below the vinyl throughout DR, LR, hallways and closets. The vinyl installation actually took less time than the prep. They also had to remove and replace all the baseboards. The result is a fresh, light, well set floor. These guys also cleaned up after themselves in a neat and tidy manner. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the job done by this firm and would definitely recommend them.

Footprints Floors South Miami Valley was quick to respond, provided a very competitive quote, and offered flexible installation dates. The contract was clear and invoicing process was easy. On install day, the owner of the franchise accompanied the installation crew and made sure the project was off to a successful start. The installation was completed well ahead of the projected schedule without cutting any corners. I will not hesitate to reach out for any future flooring needs.

We are SO pleased that we chose Footprints Floors of Fort Collins to install a tile floor in our upstairs bedroom and to tile the steps leading up to the bedroom. They were amazing! I was skeptical about the idea of sanding and sealing our maple floors after a bad experience with another company 10 years ago… with the dust, smells and mess that was to follow. We worked with footprints to sand, stain, and refinish all hardwood surfaces throughout our home, update the spindles along our staircase, update/upgrade our basement stairs and add new LVP to our foyer. The team was very professional, responsive, organized, and collaborative. They helped us brainstorm solutions and walked us through each step of the project. They ran into several problems that were created by the original builders 27 years ago, but the crew tackled them without hesitation. My house was left in excellent condition and very clean. Very professional and collaborates to work out the best solutions. Doug took the time to understand issue on the concrete slab. He was open to suggestions and at my request was willing to try a new product for my basement floor. Doug did all the research, technical specs, and called around and provided more technical solutions. It worked out great! I have a great looking floor and I know I will never have to worry about. Footprints refinished a 70+ year old floor in one of our federal housing units. It was absolutely destroyed from glued carpet and years of neglect. It turned out amazing. Scott was extremely helpful during the initial assessment and very knowledgeable in restoration. I hired Footprints Floors to do some cleaning and refurbishing work on some old LVP floors at my church. They had received some additional damage from an event and needed some work done quickly before the next Sunday. I got in touch with Brett on Wednesday and by Friday he'd found a way to work us into his schedule and complete the job before the weekend. The whole time, Brett communicated clearly, quickly, and was up front about what I could reasonably expect in terms of the finished product. At the end, it actually looked even better than I'd anticipated. Definitely would recommend and will keep on the record if we need floor work done in the future.

We had our wood floors redone by Aaron and his crew at Footprints Flooring of Fort Collins. They were very easy to work and communicate with. Gene and his guys killed it, they were able to get the floor of this old house leveled and flooring laid within 2 days. Very happy with the results and we’re loving our new floor. His guys were all friendly and very good at what they do , I would definitely recommend.

Adam and his team were great to work with! We were having our fireplace converted, and wanted the old black marble replaced with tile. The tile we chose was not easy to work with, but they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Great attention to detail and great communication throughout the process. We will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.

We had to postpone the work because of the holidays (at our asking) and he was very amenable to that and the rescheduling. Good communication and efficient work!

So happy with Footprints Floors' work! Aaron and his crew are very professional, great communicators, and did a wonderful job restoring the oak hardwood floor in my 100-yr-old Fort Collins home. I especially appreciated their attention to detail. They hand sanded corners and hard to reach areas and replaced cracked floor boards. My house looks completely refreshed! When they were done, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I barely had to wipe down any surfaces. Would highly recommend :)

Excellent work and craftsmanship by Chris and Eric. We had new tile and LVP installed in our home and they both look amazing. He works quickly and is always friendly with answering questions. One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

Amanda & Shawna are constant professionals. They renovated my staircase and did an excellent job. They came to measure and inform me how long the project would take. They inform me the names of their crew members that would be coming by and what time they would be coming to start the project. The day before the project they sent me an email about what to expect from the start to the finish of the project. They took care of my punch list immediately while they were on vacation in another country. Now, that's customer service to the 10th power. I will definitely recommend Footprints Floors to everyone I know. By the way I need a quote to replace my back splash tile with some new tile. Amanda & Shawna I'll reach out for that quote. Highly recommend working with Noel and his team! Noel (owner) personally came out to take a look at our floors & provide a quote. We had refinishing + hardwood floor installation done and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work they provided. They were able to match the stain/color of our other wood floors (on our 1st floor) perfectly and seamlessly put in hardwood on our 2nd floor. Overall, Noel and his team were super knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, timely, and extremely professional! We plan on continuing to use Noel & his team for future floor projects.

Footprints Floors installed new tile flooring in our basement and we couldn't be happier with the result! Our interactions with Carson (the owner) were fantastic. We had a positive experience during the initial visit to quote our project: he confirmed what time he'd be arriving ahead of time, stepped through the work that would be done detailing leveling and waterproofing efforts his team would complete, did not rush us even though we had numerous questions, and provided an accurate quote for the work before leaving the visit. The install went very smoothly as well because Carson arrived the first two days with his team members to ensure we were all on the same page regarding leveling work, tile orientation, etc. Team members were friendly, communicated any questions they had right away, arrived on time each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, we felt like Carson and his team members cared for our project as if it was their own home. We had them refinish our master bedroom floor and were so happy with there quality and efficiency we had them remove our daughters carpets in her townhouse and tile, and they replaced it with new hardwood floors on the entire upstairs and all new tile in her bathroom. Outstanding experience. We had a fairly small job to replace some damaged wood floor and sand and re-stain the area. From the very first visit, Shawna was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made it clear customer service was a priority. That did not change through the whole experience. Communication was great and I never felt like our small job wasn't as important as a large one. The floor looks amazing and I have told friends about this company. Marvelous work

The floors were installed and they looked absolutely stunning. Footprints did all the trim work, so it was nice to have everything completed at once and also done perfectly with both the top and bottom of the trim caulked. Last minute during the cabinet install we had a hole in the floor where we thought cabinets were supposed to go. Footprints came out the next day and did a repair for us on Saturday/Sunday to meet the cabinet install on Monday. All around a great experience. Ivan was our hands on installer and his work and his team was top notch. Thanks to Jordan and Marcus for their management support to meet schedule!

Footprints did a great job. We had an issue with the floor boards that they replaced and it took a little while to resolve, but once I was able to talk to the right people (there seemed to have been some turnover) they were able to fix the issue. Saul was great with communication and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the project was done correctly and even found a better color match for the floor. So, eventhough there was some frustration at first, they made it right and it looks better than it did the first time.

HIGHLY recommend Footprints Floors—Gene and his team went above and beyond for our large flooring project and the results are stunning. My husband and I purchased a home and wanted to remove nearly 2,200+ sqft of old carpet, engineered hardwood, and tile flooring and replace it with new LVP prior to us moving in. We coordinated everything while we still lived in California and Gene and his team were so generous to receive our materials, store them in the home, and complete the project within the timeframe we needed. We received a fair invoice, daily pictures of the project, and daily updates to the progress which was so comforting. I was so impressed with the results—even difficult spots like our bullnose corners, oddly angled kitchen, and small closets received great care. It was such a wonderful feeling to move in to the home knowing such a large project was already complete and it made our move and planned renovations significantly easier. It truly felt like a good, family friend completed this project with the utmost honesty and skill and we are extremely grateful. You won’t regret using Gene & his team for your next flooring project! (I’ll update pictures once we don’t have moving boxes everywhere—the results are way more stunning than my current pictures show!)

I've used Footprint Floors of East Atlanta for two jobs and have been delighted with the service and the work both times. The first time, I was planning to use Home Depot or Lowe's installers for Luxury Vinyl Plank I purchased, but I read enough reviews that led me to seek out other options. I contacted Kevin at Footprint Floors, and he was responsive. His pricing for installation was competitive with the others for far superior service and follow through. I've also seen other installations of the same flooring I've used in other homes and the work is not nearly as solid as Kevin and his crew. It was so good that I used him on a much bigger second project within a few months. I rarely write reviews, but this experience made it worth it!

Todd and his team did a great job restoring our hardwood floors! The job was completed in less than a week for 3 bedrooms. Their pricing was very fair and high quality work! We would definitely use their services again.

My client was super happy and the project turned out beautifully. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brandon did a great job refinishing our 25 year old oak floor. It looks fabulous and will be a big plus when we sell our house in a few months. There was no dust and they did a great cleanup, finishing the job sooner than expected.
