We had to postpone the work because of the holidays (at our asking) and he was very amenable to that and the rescheduling. So happy with Footprints Floors' work! Aaron and his crew are very professional, great communicators, and did a wonderful job restoring the oak hardwood floor in my 100-yr-old Fort Collins home. I especially appreciated their attention to detail. They hand sanded corners and hard to reach areas and replaced cracked floor boards. My house looks completely refreshed! When they were done, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I barely had to wipe down any surfaces. Would highly recommend :)

One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

Amanda & Shawna are constant professionals. They renovated my staircase and did an excellent job. They came to measure and inform me how long the project would take. They inform me the names of their crew members that would be coming by and what time they would be coming to start the project. The day before the project they sent me an email about what to expect from the start to the finish of the project. They took care of my punch list immediately while they were on vacation in another country. Now, that's customer service to the 10th power. Highly recommend working with Noel and his team! Noel (owner) personally came out to take a look at our floors & provide a quote. We had refinishing + hardwood floor installation done and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work they provided. They were able to match the stain/color of our other wood floors (on our 1st floor) perfectly and seamlessly put in hardwood on our 2nd floor. Footprints Floors installed new tile flooring in our basement and we couldn't be happier with the result! Our interactions with Carson (the owner) were fantastic. We had a positive experience during the initial visit to quote our project: he confirmed what time he'd be arriving ahead of time, stepped through the work that would be done detailing leveling and waterproofing efforts his team would complete, did not rush us even though we had numerous questions, and provided an accurate quote for the work before leaving the visit. The install went very smoothly as well because Carson arrived the first two days with his team members to ensure we were all on the same page regarding leveling work, tile orientation, etc. Team members were friendly, communicated any questions they had right away, arrived on time each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, we felt like Carson and his team members cared for our project as if it was their own home. We had them refinish our master bedroom floor and were so happy with there quality and efficiency we had them remove our daughters carpets in her townhouse and tile, and they replaced it with new hardwood floors on the entire upstairs and all new tile in her bathroom. Outstanding experience. We had a fairly small job to replace some damaged wood floor and sand and re-stain the area. From the very first visit, Shawna was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made it clear customer service was a priority. That did not change through the whole experience. Communication was great and I never felt like our small job wasn't as important as a large one. The floor looks amazing and I have told friends about this company. Marvelous work

The floors were installed and they looked absolutely stunning. Footprints did all the trim work, so it was nice to have everything completed at once and also done perfectly with both the top and bottom of the trim caulked. Last minute during the cabinet install we had a hole in the floor where we thought cabinets were supposed to go. Footprints came out the next day and did a repair for us on Saturday/Sunday to meet the cabinet install on Monday. All around a great experience. Ivan was our hands on installer and his work and his team was top notch. Thanks to Jordan and Marcus for their management support to meet schedule!

Footprints did a great job. We had an issue with the floor boards that they replaced and it took a little while to resolve, but once I was able to talk to the right people (there seemed to have been some turnover) they were able to fix the issue. Saul was great with communication and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the project was done correctly and even found a better color match for the floor. So, eventhough there was some frustration at first, they made it right and it looks better than it did the first time.

HIGHLY recommend Footprints Floors—Gene and his team went above and beyond for our large flooring project and the results are stunning. My husband and I purchased a home and wanted to remove nearly 2,200+ sqft of old carpet, engineered hardwood, and tile flooring and replace it with new LVP prior to us moving in. We coordinated everything while we still lived in California and Gene and his team were so generous to receive our materials, store them in the home, and complete the project within the timeframe we needed. We received a fair invoice, daily pictures of the project, and daily updates to the progress which was so comforting. I was so impressed with the results—even difficult spots like our bullnose corners, oddly angled kitchen, and small closets received great care. It was such a wonderful feeling to move in to the home knowing such a large project was already complete and it made our move and planned renovations significantly easier. It truly felt like a good, family friend completed this project with the utmost honesty and skill and we are extremely grateful. You won’t regret using Gene & his team for your next flooring project! I've used Footprint Floors of East Atlanta for two jobs and have been delighted with the service and the work both times. The first time, I was planning to use Home Depot or Lowe's installers for Luxury Vinyl Plank I purchased, but I read enough reviews that led me to seek out other options. I contacted Kevin at Footprint Floors, and he was responsive. His pricing for installation was competitive with the others for far superior service and follow through. I've also seen other installations of the same flooring I've used in other homes and the work is not nearly as solid as Kevin and his crew. It was so good that I used him on a much bigger second project within a few months. I rarely write reviews, but this experience made it worth it!

I sought a couple estimates and Footprint Floors were extremely competitive. I also had a very pleasant meeting with them on their visit. Skipping to the end, the job was completed to my expectations, and the new hardwood looks amazing! Now a very important part of the review. There was a problem with how the floor initially took the stain and sealer. It very could have been the bad weather we had at the time of installation. Typical GA cold, then sunny and warm all mixed in with the rain out yards love. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to correct the issue as they were not about to disappoint a customer. If you’re looking for a new floor, these are your guys!

Footprints Floors NE FL did an outstanding job from start to finish in refinishing the common area wood floors in our 65 yr old house. Had hired another contractor awhile back and to say that they did a horrible job would be an understatement. Arranged for Footprints Floors to come in and redo my bathroom tub tile. They quickly removed the previously damaged tile and proceeded to make my shower look better than it has done in years. Highly recommend-Mack is an outstanding worker who does meticulous work. Would recommend with no reservations.

The workmanship was great. The team was pleasant to work with. It did take longer than I anticipated because their workdays started mid-day, so be prepared for your house to potentially be tore up longer than anticipated. There was also a large amount of dust all over the adjoining rooms because protective plastic was not used to seal off the work area.
