He walked me through what they would do, what kind of tile to consider, etc. I went and picked out the tile. We were scheduled very quickly and when we were the ones who had to postpone, we were able to get a new install date, again, very soon. We think the installer did an excellent job and I am very picky. He was very efficient and cleaned up his work area. He completed the job in one day. We love the look of our new backsplash. It helped transform a very generic tan /brown kitchen and give it some color and character.

I had Footprints Flooring refinish my main living area in my newly purchased home. Our hardwood was in very rough shape and was not taken care of by the previous owners. It had deep scratches, water damage, most of the finish had worn off, and a lot of gaping. Colton did a great job sanding down the floors, fixing the damage, and restaining and finishing. He also did it very quickly with minimal mess and disruption, which I appreciated. Colton went the extra mile as well to help us move our stove and remove our stair bannisters. Justin was also helpful and very thorough in giving us an estimate and walking us through the process before the project started. All in all, it only took around 4 days start to finish for my ~620 square feet of hardwood. I am happy with my floors and will likely be returning to Footprints Flooring in the future when they are due for a refinish again.

I could not be happier! Our floors turned out incredible. We bought the house from another state and the floors were UV damaged and splotchy and very red/pink. Scott communicated and worked with us via text/phone and we were able to get his team in to do the work before we moved in which was AMAZING. We recently had our wood floors redone by Footprints. They were recommended to us by other flooring professionals. It turned out to be a solid recommendation! Tom is very knowledgeable and stayed on top of our job, meeting with us a number of times and answering all our questions. This was particularly helpful given the disruption to our household and animals. Luis, who performed the work, clearly knows what he is doing. From our perspective, Luis went the extra distance to make sure everything was done right. Nothing was rushed. Footprints, and especially Tom, were fantastic to work with! He came out to give us an estimate in a very timely manner and was so professional and kind compared to other companies we had out. He even played with our dog which made us so happy. The pricing was fair and the estimate was able to be modified a-la-carte for our needs. We ended up doing our own demo and having Footprints do the installation of our LVP in our entire downstairs, changing the orientation of the flooring from the builder grade as well at Tom's recommendation, and we are beyond happy with how it turned out! The guys who installed the flooring were kind, professional, and extremely hard workers. They stayed until 8:30pm to get as much done as they could, and completed the job in just 2 days. I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

Ron came in after 3 other contractors only wanted to put down laminate. He spent time with us and explained the pros and cons of this process. We really wanted to keep the existing flooring, and he agreed. The CRAFTSMAN who came in was beyond what I expected. He made sure every joint, edge, transition and baseboard were PERFECT before accepting it. Spent the time to explain that it was the only way he did things. Ron came every day to check to see if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company for repair and refinishing your floors.

Subfloor install and LVP installation for almost 1000’ sq ft in less than a week. Wow! What a great job Ini did on our floors. We have 19 year old red oak sand and seal floors that had seen better days. The transformation is hard to believe. The oil based original finish had turned the wood an orange tinge, and our dogs had gouged areas of the floor by the doors. The floors are clear and bright now and there is no evidence of dogs anywhere on the floor. Great work. Highly recommend.

Josh helped us get the project set up and sent us an exact list of the supplies we needed to buy and we had zero issues. Kyle oversaw the work and was very nice, communicative, and easy to work with. Our installer, Marvin, did such a beautiful job and finished the entire project in a little over a day. This was the first home project we've ever had done and Footprint Floors made it such an easy and painless process. We are super happy with the results and will definitely use them again!

Materials delivered on time Tom is knowledgeable and friendly. 1,600+sq ft.. carpet removed, sub floor brought up to snuff, wood floor installed plus quarter round molding in two days. First, Brandon responded to our inquiry promptly and was always responsive via text or email. We had a huge project: In an existing, 80-year-old home, level the floor and replace 700 square feet of vinyl plank flooring in the basement with ceramic tile; refinish several hundred feet of *really* beat up hardwood floors on the main; and demo/install 200 square feet of new tile in the kitchen. Brandon was honest and up front about our options, price considerations, deliverable timeframes, and owner costs/responsibilities. He required us to do an asbestos test, which was actually comforting and a reflection of the overall professionalism of the company. He contacted other industry representatives to ensure he was utilizing best practices/meeting minimum code requirements. The total completion of work took about a month. Partially due to availability of the crews, and partially just the scope of the work.. They spent a week on each of the separate project phases. That felt a little long, but it is hard to argue with the quality of the work. The crews were all professional, easy to communicate with, and responsive. We strongly recommend and have already referred other potential customers to FF. When we have future flooring projects to take on, will be utilizing Footprint Floors exclusively.
