Footprints Floors did an amazing job fixing our shower. It started with a leak, they identified the problem and suggested and installed a state of the art leak proof shower system. Their tile work was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked before they finished the job. Very happy with the price and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Footprints Floors! As a business owner myself I understand that communication with the client is key and Footprints Floors excels in this department. That is ultimately why we decided to choose them for our floors (plus a great price). Andy answered my quote request right away, he came to my house a few days later and sent me the quote that evening which we really appreciated. He answered all my questions and came by again to show me more flooring samples. They were able to start our project just a few days after signature. We replaced our stairs with oak treads, replaced all our flooring with LVP and they put in all new trim. When the project got started Jason, the project manager was in touch with me through everything. He kept me updated often and walked me through their process with each area they were working on. We were very impressed with both the stairs team and flooring team. They were all so kind, knowledgeable and respectful of our space. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time which in the contracting world is rare, unfortunately. I would highly recommend using Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs. Footprints did an amazing job on our home! Matt and his team were super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and always kept us in the loop on what we could expect. Matt and his team did a wonderful job with tiling our screened porch, patio and front entryway. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the way the project turned out. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. In addition, Matt went above and beyond and did a free repair on our LPV flooring.

Manager (Jason) and his team of floor installation experts did the most incredible job removing all of our old flooring and installing our new hardwood! We were so pleased w/their attention to detail, speed, and the overall quality of the job! They even ensured that we shut down our HVAC to prevent the system from ingesting harmful byproducts during the removal and preparation process. This required them to work in very hot conditions during the peak of summer, but they were more than happy to do it properly, regardless. Additionally, these crews were punctual, professional, and friendly! You truly can’t ask for more on any home renovation project! Quality contractors are hard to find… I give Footprints Flooring my highest (5-Star) recommendation! 👍🏼

Matt and his crew reworked my shower. The tile work was superb and the finished work is stunning. The workers were respectful of my home and they cleaned the work area at the end of each day.

We could not have been more pleased with the way our floors turned out. Really impressed with Matt and his team. We needed new floors after a water leak damaged our existing flooring. Matt and the crew were great to work with, and made for a great experience. We took out the old, dated laminate and ceramic tile floors, and replaced everything with LVP. I was dreading having to rip out all the old ceramic floors, but Matt and his crew were fast and efficient, completing everything in two days. Couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. The guys were fantastic! We had carpet removed and porcelain tile installed in the great room and hallway as well as all new baseboards. Everything was completed on time and with exacting precision. I had solid oak floors that had 20 years of life written all over them. When I went in search of a company to restore them, one seemed to outshine all the others in reviews...Footprints. I contacted Matt, the owner, who came out exactly when he said, provided options and an estimate I felt was fair. There was a 4 person crew that worked for 4 days, first putting up plastic everywhere to minimize the dust. (Their machines capture almost all during the sanding) Although they didn't require oversight, Matt was here every day to ensure I was kept informed and happy with the workers and the work. The floors look great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Footprints to anyone needing floors restored. We call Matt Therriault because we were concerned about our recently refinished floors. I was skeptical about a francise, but was very pleased with his professional knowledge and patience with all our questions. We recently purchased a home with cavelike dark brown carpet and laminate that covered original hardwoods. Ready for an update, we called Matt after seeing the wonderful reviews his team had received. Our job was an install in the living and dining room and a restore of the foyer and half bath. We were concerned there would be a noticeable difference between the floors as they transitioned from room to room. We could not be more pleased with the results. Mauricio and his crew were timely, professional and took pride in making sure every small detail was completed. The difference these floors made is amazing. Never once did they veer from the promised timeline/schedule. Don’t settle for less than the best!

Matt (owner) and his team were wonderful! I had a leak in the master bath (it was covered by insurance), and they replaced the damaged flooring! It turned so beautiful that I had them replace the flooring in the remaining rooms of my 1,300 square foot house. The floors were completely done, then I had a 2nd leak in my master bath. Matt called to say “I would really feel comfortable if we checked your floors out for moisture” and he sent Victor To take a look, he did end up pulling up the flooring and I was able to dry it for almost 2 weeks! Victor came back and replaced the flooring for a nominal fee! Being a single lady, I appreciated that they were a very honest, hard-working team, I would recommend them highly!

This was an "unplanned" project and I needed it done quickly to make way for another contractor. Matt understood my situation perfectly. Came out on Wednesday at 4 as promised, I had the estimate that night. I bought the tile on Thursday and installation began Friday morning. Kudos to Victor who did a beautiful job laying/leveling the tile and trim to perfection.
