Tenants left an apartment with horrible black cat urine stains and stench. Kyle and his crew were able to sand out stains and use a stain for fabulous even toned oak flooring that looks brand new. Carson and his team did an awesome job installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. The whole process from requesting a quote to completion of work was only a couple of weeks. Install went off without a hitch. Crew cleaned everything up at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. I had such an incredible experience with Footprints Floors. I scheduled work with them on a Saturday, and they started work the following Monday. They finished so quickly, and everything looks amazing! They leveled our kitchen floors, then installed LVP. They also refinished our hardwood floors, and they look incredible! Gary did a thorough job of explaining the job and addressing concerns I had about unforeseen problems that might arise which may increase the end bill. Joel,the installer did a fantastic job and was able to troubleshoot an issue with a transition piece and also pulled the toilet but didn't charge me extra as initial bid quote was if toilet didn't have to be pulled.i would highly recommend footprints floors to anyone who needs flooring work done.

Just got my father’s bathroom floor redone and I couldn’t be happier. I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. They removed our furniture, installed new hardwood where we had tile, refinished our floors and moved furniture back in place. Purchased this home and it already had new floors upstairs. We bought the same floors through Lowes bc they did the original install. Lowes person came out to measure and told me the old floors needed to be torn out. When I asked questions about the product I was told he was just there to measure and we would be sent a quote. Footprints came out and gave us a quote which was great but more importantly read about the flooring product, called the manufacturer and told us it could be done without ripped out old tile bc it was in good shape. Day one was spent grinding down some high spots and doing some leveling. Day two the flooring was installed. Day three was trim work and clean up. We are thrilled with new floors. Call footprints bc you get a great price and their expertise.
