Mike Goff with Footprint floors deserves all 5 stars. After meeting a few vendors Mike was a standout choice. Mike provided us options and was very detail oriented from start to finish. Our project used a pre fished wood and some custom made steps from Mike to match our existing hardwoods. Mike put a lot of time and effort into making sure our floors came out perfect. Superb people, superb craftsmanship!! It was a bit nerve-wracking to proceed with an entire first floor tear-up in order to have a new LVP floor installed, but from the moment Amanda and her crew entered my house, I knew it was going to be “OK”. Everyone was positive, professional, and invested in getting the install completed as quickly as possible while maintaining high standards with the details. The new floor was needed as a result of flooding from the second floor, so the stress level was high long before Footprints arrived. Within minutes of reviewing the project with Amanda, I could sense the “we got this!” attitude which I was SO grateful for. All of the sudden it became easier. Every step of the process was explained up front so I understood what to expect, and every day during the install Amanda or Shawna would check in to monitor progress and answer questions. Everything went exactly according to plan, and I must say, the floor is absolutely beautiful!!!! Footprint Floors installed LVP tile flooring in our remodeled laundry room. It required the removal of a portion of the subfloor and laying new underlayment boards prior to installing the LVP. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them as flooring installers!

With Footprints Floors, you get the best combination of quality installation, a friendly person, responsibility and responsiveness. My newly purchased home was the victim of a terrible flip with wavy floors. Mick removed the new vinyl to reveal a base that was uneven, packed with newspapers and cardboard and big clumps of concrete. After the base was evened out for an additional $1789 in supplies, Footprints created a smooth, even canvas. So much better!

They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job. Having worked with MANY contractors, the bar is on the floor, but this flooring company treated it like it was on the roof. Very pleased.

JR and his crew did a fantastic job! They showed up as scheduled and had moved all the furniture out of the house in no time and began the whole house floor replacement. Completed the job ahead of schedule. We added an additional task of widening one of the closets. Great job there too! Also most of our closet space was not finished from the previous owner and JR's crew replaced all of the closet space. We were very pleased with the kitchen tile as well. I would highly recommend Footprint to any who are looking for a new floor install. Either for a floor you've independently purchased or one bought through them. They stand behind their work like no company I've ever dealt with. I independently purchased a rolled linoleum floor and contracted out to them for the install at a reasonable price. They hired a subcontractor to install the floor. The install turned out to be faulty. They came and inspected the install and concluded we were correct in our assessment. They offered to attempt to fix it or refund our payment or install a new vinyl plank floor. We opted for the new floor and the owner himself did an excellent install. Very appreciative of their work and how they stood behind it. We highly recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend Footprint Floors. I had a dishwasher that leaked causing the engineered hardwood to buckle in front of it. They responded to my request for a repair estimate quickly. Joseph and his team did an outstanding job. They are all very organized hard working professionals. They tiled the bathroom and shower for me. And it literally is perfect. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism is very impressive. The communication is way better than what you’d typically expect from construction companies. Jospeh, the owner definitely understands what he’s doing. He took the time to explain how the project would unfold. He listened to my needs and expectations and always kept me in the loop. I really appreciated texts of when they were on their way with the eta or pictures of the project. I have hired him and his team three more times on separate jobs because of how amazing they are to work with! Whether your a “do it yourself project person” who is familiar with flooring and can do it yourself or someone who doesn’t know how to do it at all, it’s worth hiring these guys out to get the job done. Footprints floors has to be the best in Nashville. I have used them on multiple projects from backsplash to tile showers, tile floors, wood floors, laminate. These guys know how to do it all every member of their team is extremely friendly and accommodating. The guys in the house doing the work were very respectful and take care in protecting our home. They clean up after themselves and are there when they say they’re going to be there. do yourself a favor stop scrolling and get footprints a call.

I’m giving 5/5 stars for the overall installation of the floors and for Kevin’s prompt attention to issues I had with the detail work. I had carpet removed and LVP installed in the whole upstairs (2000 sq feet). The price was good and on the lower end of the quotes I got. When I first saw the floor I was blown away. It was beautiful! Then I noticed some sloppy detailing around the door edges (uneven door lip covers, staples and carpet bits still in the wood, missed the entry closet install). I also purchased new baseboards for them to install in the kitchen. To my surprise, they also replaced the baseboards in the entry to the kitchen from the garage (nice, but not what I said) and to my horror, they tried to replace the baseboards in the laundry room. I had not purchased baseboards to cover that so they just removed all the baseboards and left it that way. I immediately reached out to Kevin and he was there that evening installing the baseboards himself. He fixed the door lips (they look great now). And the next day he had his guys come out and do the overlooked closet and get rid of all the staples and carpet bits. By the time it was done, everything looked very very nice. I’m once again very happy and have beautiful floors all around. Seriously though, Kevin’s response to my concerns blew me away. Very professional and very prompt to fix the issue.
