Having gone through my share of major renovations and repair work, it is a joy to have a skilled person doing the job. From start to finish the installation of flooring in the kitchen and dining area of my home was flawless. Mike was very helpful and accommodating in ordering materials, the contract was very detailed and easy to understand, and all work was completed in a timely manner. Mike and his team are very capable, did quality work, cleaned up afterwards and were pleasant to have in the home. I highly recommend this company.

I called Footprints Floors because I had some bowing in the floor of a house I just moved into. Mike came out a few days after I called to look at it. He tested the moisture and told me he thought the bowing was caused by a water intrusion incident that appears to have been resolved. He told me to keep an eye on it and that the floor would very likely return to proper condition on its own as the moisture escaped. When I asked him if there was any regular maintenance recommended for his company to do, he said "no". Then he went on to give me recommendations for which cleaning products are best for a hardwood floor. I appreciate that he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. I will call Footprints in a heartbeat for any future hardwood floor needs.

I had a small issue with some hardwood floors and i had a very hard time finding someone that would be willing to come out and take a look. Luckily, someone from Footprints Floors got back to me right away and was able to help me out. They were kind professional and even came before their expected window which was a nice plus! He made some very quick repairs and we are very happy with the work! Highly recommended!

Mike and his crew were excellent to work from start to finish with our project of converting our home from carpet to hardwood. Mike helped us select a perfect match to our existing floor and trim. The installation was quicker than expected. The installers did an amazing job. Were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. The owner was in communication with us during the entire process and made several trips before and after completion. Csnnot say enough. We LOVE our new Wellspring Colorado White Oak floors! We also had our bathroom renovated and fireplace tile surround replaced. Chip’s staff does quality work and they’re very detail oriented.

When my wife and I decide to refinish the wooden floor last Ictiber if 2023, we google it to look for the vendors and find the pricing and timing. One of the vendors caught my attention is that lead time and the hours to get it done is longer for our 1100 square feet wooden floor than the others which are shorter. The company name is Footprints of NE Ohio. I took a chance to pick this company on Nov 13,2023 and arranged to get it started on Jan 24,this year. They did show up on time and start to strip the floor the first day. They did remove refrigerator, range/oven and piano to get every corner that have wooden floor. Every day the owner Mike show up and make sure the work is done smoothly and correctly. After two weeks of meticulous and detailed work, it finally done on Feb 6. The wooden floor is fabulous, so beautiful and look like a new wooden floor we just installed. The workmanship is fantastic and owner mike’s devotion to customer satisfaction is admirable. I am very happy to choose the right company and would recommend very highly of their work. Needless to say I would give 5 star rating for this review.
