Love my new floors. Chip and his crew were fantastic to work with. There are plenty of flooring samples to choose from and the price was reasonable and good quality .

Mike and his crew were so helpful in getting our flooring done before we moved into our new home and were out of state. He coordinated entry with the realtor and worked with us remotely to give us multiple options when we weren't sure what would look best in the space. We chose hardwood and LVT and it turned out better than we hoped. We highly recommend Footprints Floors for their quality of work and communication with us!

We had our whole house fitted with new hardwood hickory floors in November 2024. Mike and his team were a joy to work with. Guys did a fantastic job laying my flooring and did 1900sq ft in one day. It should be noted that flooring was ordered on a Saturday, delivered to my house 5 days later and installed 6 days later. Very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Footprints Floors (Chip Dunn) because he gave me a reasonable price to have my foyer tiled. The floor was formerly laminate and showed worn spots and was warped (due to my dog before he was house trained). Chip and his helpers, Merlin and Katie, showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately pulling up the old laminate flooring. It was not an easy job as it was glued to the floor. Merlin and Katie worked beautifully together and both were very knowledgeable in what had to be done. The end result was perfect and I am so very pleased. They even did a couple other minor jobs for me before they left. I would definitely recommend calling Chip Dunn for any flooring issues you may have. You won't be disappointed.

Footprints Floors is amazing. I could not be happier. They removed my 30 year old stained carpet and transformed two of my bedrooms using gorgeous LVP flooring. I can't wait to use Footprints Floors again in the kitchen, dining room, and living room later this year.

The CEO and his associate came out to give me an estimate. I agreed to the contract and placed my flooring order at Atlanta Flooring and Decor. After making sure everything would be ready within our timeframe. Chip confirmed our timeframe. The day of installation Chip, Andrew and the installer arrived on time. The installer got to work immediately and had installed my LVP flooring within four hours. Everyone involved with this job were professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable about flooring. I would definitely recommend Footprints Floors.

My floor is stunning. We had the entire first floor of the house refinished. We went with Mike because of his responsiveness and the products he uses. It did take longer than anticipated, but that was after finding some rough spots at the final inspection. I’d rather it take longer and be done right than be left disappointed. And we certainly aren’t disappointed! Thanks Mike and Mike!

Having gone through my share of major renovations and repair work, it is a joy to have a skilled person doing the job. I called Footprints Floors because I had some bowing in the floor of a house I just moved into. Mike came out a few days after I called to look at it. He tested the moisture and told me he thought the bowing was caused by a water intrusion incident that appears to have been resolved. He told me to keep an eye on it and that the floor would very likely return to proper condition on its own as the moisture escaped. When I asked him if there was any regular maintenance recommended for his company to do, he said "no". Then he went on to give me recommendations for which cleaning products are best for a hardwood floor. I appreciate that he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. I will call Footprints in a heartbeat for any future hardwood floor needs.

I had a small issue with some hardwood floors and i had a very hard time finding someone that would be willing to come out and take a look. Luckily, someone from Footprints Floors got back to me right away and was able to help me out. They were kind professional and even came before their expected window which was a nice plus! He made some very quick repairs and we are very happy with the work! Highly recommended!

Mike helped us select a perfect match to our existing floor and trim. The installation was quicker than expected. The installers did an amazing job. Were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. The owner was in communication with us during the entire process and made several trips before and after completion. Csnnot say enough. We LOVE our new Wellspring Colorado White Oak floors! We also had our bathroom renovated and fireplace tile surround replaced. Chip’s staff does quality work and they’re very detail oriented.

When my wife and I decide to refinish the wooden floor last Ictiber if 2023, we google it to look for the vendors and find the pricing and timing. One of the vendors caught my attention is that lead time and the hours to get it done is longer for our 1100 square feet wooden floor than the others which are shorter. The company name is Footprints of NE Ohio. I took a chance to pick this company on Nov 13,2023 and arranged to get it started on Jan 24,this year. They did show up on time and start to strip the floor the first day. They did remove refrigerator, range/oven and piano to get every corner that have wooden floor. Every day the owner Mike show up and make sure the work is done smoothly and correctly. After two weeks of meticulous and detailed work, it finally done on Feb 6. The wooden floor is fabulous, so beautiful and look like a new wooden floor we just installed. The workmanship is fantastic and owner mike’s devotion to customer satisfaction is admirable. I am very happy to choose the right company and would recommend very highly of their work. Needless to say I would give 5 star rating for this review.

Mike and his team completely refinished the floors in our house (1047 square feet) over the last two weeks (yes, during the holidays!). Our results are nothing short of stunning! The original floors are 55 years old and while they were in good condition we wanted them to be refinished. Mike kept my sister and I in the loop of what was going on every day (I live in Florida and the house and my sister is in Ohio) and he sent me frequent pictures of the progress. If there was a question of how to proceed, he was quick to ask and have it resolved without any work related delays. The attention to detail shown by the staff was amazing! The results far exceeded what I expected but the level of customer service that was provided throughout the process was priceless considering I was 1000 miles away. I highly recommend Footprint Floors of Northeast Ohio for all of your flooring needs. To be fair, once we contacted Mike, we had to wait to be scheduled but the wait was well worth it.
