I reached out to Footprints Floors of Plainfield & Joliet because of the very good reviews, and I'm extremely happy that I went with them. I needed hardwood floors installed in a 325 sq ft room, and I also needed vinyl floors installed in a connecting 320 sq ft room. Alissa Ruiz was my point person, and she was very knowledgeable, gave a very good price, and stayed with the project to the end. Also, the workers were great...very hardworking, professional, and wrapped up the job in 2 or 3 days. Couldn't recommend Footprints more.

Footprints recently refinished 100 year-old floors (oak and walnut) in our house and we are so impressed! The floors were more narrow and required custom work to be done. Regardless, the price was extremely reasonable and the work was done well! The installers were extremely professional. The work was done fast. Definitely recommend!
