Highly recommend checking our Footprints for your flooring needs! They are unique in the sense that you purchase product wherever you prefer and then they do the install. I reached out to Footprints Floors of Plainfield & Joliet because of the very good reviews, and I'm extremely happy that I went with them. I needed hardwood floors installed in a 325 sq ft room, and I also needed vinyl floors installed in a connecting 320 sq ft room. Alissa Ruiz was my point person, and she was very knowledgeable, gave a very good price, and stayed with the project to the end. Also, the workers were great...very hardworking, professional, and wrapped up the job in 2 or 3 days. Couldn't recommend Footprints more.

We could not be happier with the results of our floor refinishing and new wood floor install from Footprint's! The entire process, from initial quote/consult to install to the final product was fantastic. Communication was excellent and the crew was both knowledgeable and respectful. We worked with Footprints Flors of Plainfield & Joliet to install the flooring in our dining room. Alissa and her team (shout out to Jerome) were extremely responsive, prompt, and performed excellent work! Alissa did a wonderful job providing fair pricing, explaining procedures, and answering any questions we had. She came to visit at both the beginning and end of this quickly executed project. I will definitely contact this company again for any additional flooring needs we want to have completed.

Footprints recently refinished 100 year-old floors (oak and walnut) in our house and we are so impressed! The floors were more narrow and required custom work to be done. Regardless, the price was extremely reasonable and the work was done well! The installers were extremely professional. The work was done fast. Definitely recommend!

Great team put in the new hardwood floors in our condo. The floors look excellent and they cleaned up the entire condo and left it like new. They are an excellent company to work with and do a great installation. They matched the new floors to the exisiting hardwoods perfectly.

Footprints did a beautiful job tiling our bath tub. The workers were respectful and clean throughout the entire process. We were very happy with the final results and would 100% recommend them.

Alissa was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She is very knowledgeable and provides great advice on how we can upgrade the flooring with vents, shoes without quoting enormous amounts rather suggesting us to buy at the store and she even picked it up for us. Always courteous and prompt in responding to any/all queries that we have had. We are super happy with our floors and definitely hire her for our future projects. I would highly recommend Alissa to anyone that is interested in refinishing their floors.
