Kyle and his team did a fantastic job with our floor after we experienced flooding. We had them replace our flooring, cut up drywall, and install trim around the door frames. Additionally, they did install the drywall. When it comes to pricing, everything was competitive. When it comes to quality, we are finding absolutely no complaints. Additionally, the team was receptive to new things that happened during the process, such as an additional water leak found in the foundation retrieving and removing our old vanity. Hopefully we don't have to hire again, but if we did we would go with footprints again.

FootPrints did a great job. Matt and Ryan dealt with me very kindly and professionally. Ryan, the supervisor for my project was very nice to work with and understanding when issues arose, which every project will have issues of some kind. He patiently helped me resolve problems like a superstar. The labor crew that put in my floors were very good at their work, kind, and obliging. Although, I wish they were more communicative when they ran into a problem. When issues arose they proceeded to deal with them their way instead of asking me how I wanted them dealt with, effecting major aesthetics. Once I realized the problems, they were still kind and easy to work with, and resolved the issues the way I wanted. But it cost unnecessary time, resources, and stress. All in all, I would absolutely hire FootPrints again. I highly recommend them.

Footprints did such a great job restoring our floors to their original glory! We had carpets down that we tore up and found the original hardwood underneath. Becca and her team were fantastic. When we decided to switch up which rooms to redo, she came by for another estimate without a problem. We originally contacted Tim Buser, owner of “Foot Prints”….Excellent experience!!! Tim, very promptly came out and evaluated our wood floor problem. He advised us us that our problem was much less severe than we expected and recommended that we contact an associate company, who specialized in the specific problem we had…which we did. That company is “Clean as Snow”. 3 days later, the work was completed and the problem totally resolved by 2 delightful gentlemen in…2 hours !!! Footprints did a great job fixing a shower floor that didn’t drain properly ( The builder wouldn’t stand behind their work) . Jeff and his crew from Footprints came in and in a short period, 3 days, demo’d the floor, put the new mud bed in properly and then installed the new tile. This company is a rare find in Miami. They are prompt and responsive and provide personalized service. Mick, having years of experience with floors, especially wood floors, really knew how to work with our unique wood floors. He and his guys understood our aesthetic which is elegant yet rustic. They were happy to accommodate our schedule and didn’t mind to change course a little when we felt the color of the stain wasn’t right. Our floors were not easy and required a lot more sanding than standard wood floors. But they stuck to their word and completed our job to our satisfaction.

Honestly, Footprints Floors Knoxville is outstanding. It is so hard to find reliable contractors these days, but Chad Cockrum is the real deal. He’s incredibly trustworthy, shows up when he says he will, and just does fantastic work. His whole process is completely stress-free from start to finish. When they first came to our house, they laid out each stain for us and let us choose the stain we wanted. All the contractors that came into our home were very polite and respectful. They even made a repair to the floor after the final coat went on and said "we want to make sure your floors look great." 10/10 would recommend.

May 2026 - Second time hiring them for Luxury vinyl flooring job to replace carpet in upstairs hall and replace downstairs foyer and hall, they were affordable, the crew worked hard and the project turned out better than expected. Showed up on time, hard working, owner even stopped in to check on job and helped out! I would highly recommend for flooring projects! Clearly since this is my second time using them and when I decided to do another project I knew who I would contact. Footprints Flooring Service did my Dining Room, Foyer, and Hallway this past weekend after another flooring company dishonored his word and left me in a predicament over the holiday weekend. This Team from the Owner, Scott.. then Louie, Hunter, and Thomas came in and save the day. Scott offered me options personally, on how he could proceed with my job. Then Louie texted me before the job was to be performed and then he came in person to communicate the process. Hunter and Thomas swooped in and did quality work on my floors. I own and operate a residential Assisted Living home, so I can not afford a lot of down time for being inaccessible to my clients or their families. With that my floors were done in a timely, well crafted and professional manner. They treated me like a friend, not a dollar sign or cattle to be herded in and out expeditiously. They kept be a breast every step of the way, so my clients would not be neglected in anyway. They were even finished ahead of schedule to ensure my clients maintained their normal flow throughout the weekend. We were back up and running by Sunday evening, and their family's could resume visitation on Monday. I tried to engage early in the process with other flooring companies and it was so hit or miss on whether or not someone would show to give me a quote. He came out for the initial estimate and came back with the installer and the flooring salesman to make sure the wood we chose would match the rest of the house as close as possible and installed how we wanted. He communicated well throughout the process and the price and timing were great as well. Will use again for our flooring needs.
