Footprints Flooring Service did my Dining Room, Foyer, and Hallway this past weekend after another flooring company dishonored his word and left me in a predicament over the holiday weekend. I tried to engage early in the process with other flooring companies and it was so hit or miss on whether or not someone would show to give me a quote. We had a good experience with Footprints Flooring. Our project consisting of replacing the ceramic tile and substrate in a large shower and replacing damaged wood flooring in two powder rooms. From the initial estimate through scheduling and completion, the process was smooth and well organized. Jared clearly explained the work plan and ensured everything met our expectations. When we later needed an adjustment to the shower door, they handled it promptly. To help budget a project, ask for an allowance for materials. We would hire them again.

Footprint floors installed solid hardwood floors on our main floors. They turned out gorgeous! We also had the carpet changed in two basement rooms and a large basement room re-stretched. It looks great! We got bids from several flooring contractors and Fottprint was easily the least expensive. The unique element of our project is that we are out of the country! Our tenants had moved out and we decided to have some of our flooring changed before we got home from a 2 year stint in Africa. We had talked to Joseph before we left, and that combined with people we trust recommending them, we felt confident enough to go ahead. Jeff and his team at Footprints Floors Of Coastal Carolina really delivered us a great LVF to replace wall to wall to wall carpet in two bedrooms. From the initial quote to installation day, the communication was spot on with email and text messaging. Starting promptly at 8:30 am, the four man crew made quick work of removing and transporting the old carpet to my community dumpster. They we diligent in cleaning the floors before installing the underlayment . The new vinyl went in quickly and looked perfect and the additional shoe molding was done in a very professional manner. May 2026 update: This company continues to excel, we had an issue with a dishwasher and tight fit, NOT the flooring companies fault but regardless, he came out, fixed the floor and made it better than before. I know the price may seem a bit high, but it's extremely fair and you will get what you pay for. His crew did a great job, he's been super easy to communicate with and stands by his product. I had a 5 star experience with Clint and his team (Ruslan). I had a terrible experience with a previous contractor and Clint and team came in, leveled flooring and sanded some high spots on my concrete. The flooring LVP turned out nice. Clint referred me to a flooring company in Tacoma, that was super kind and patient. The flooring turned out great and was done professionally. They even came back to fix a few things and was completed in just a few days. Definitely recommended!

I hired Footprints to sand and finish my pinewood floors in one of my rental houses. Erwin's bid was the most competitive I received. The floors were pretty beat up. Footprints did a great job. The floors look like new. They got me scheduled surprisingly quickly. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would and at the price they quoted. I am very pleased and will use them again.

I was tired of looking at the raggedy and depressing Berber carpet that came with my condo. Oliver gave me great suggestions about where to pick out flooring, what would work in terms of durability and quality and what the best price point was. I ran some suggestions by him (he always responded quickly) and once I'd made a decision it was easy to schedule the install. We replaced our worn kitchen tile floor with a more durable, modern design. The crew removed the old flooring, leveled the surface, and installed everything with precision. The project took about four days. Compared to before, the kitchen feels cleaner, brighter, and much easier to maintain. The grout lines are even, and the finish looks professional. It’s a noticeable upgrade that improves both appearance and practicality, especially in a high-traffic area like the kitchen.

I worked with Jimmy to add matching tile throughout the rest of my house. Jimmy was always professional, but easy going and easy to work with. I found it cheaper to buy the tile, mortar and grout on my own. The tile I had delivered to my house and the mortar/grout I picked up at Floor and Decor. Jimmy made sure to send me the details to ensure I purchased the right amounts and right materials. Roberto was very professional as well and did all 3 bedrooms and closets in about 4 days. They also helped move some heavy items in/out of the master for a small fee. Really recommend you give them a call. I found they had better prices and services than some large-market competitors.

Beautiful, well coordinated installation.

Footprints did a great job resurfacing our 12 year old wood floors. Raising 2 kids, 4 dogs and plenty of party hosting in that time, our floors took beating. We especially like the gloss look over the original shiny reflective coat the floors came with. Footprints did a great job for a really fair price. Referring will be a pleasure.
