I cannot recommend Footprint Floors Northwest highly enough! Nate came to take a look at a small job at my house and walked me through all the options. Rather than trying to convince me to hire him he explained to me how I could do the job myself and save money rather than hire him for it (since it was a small job and it didn't really make sense). Despite not having any work for him, Nate spent a ton of time with me going over the project and even offered to share some materials with me. I have had a really tough time finding honest and reliable contractors to tackle various home projects and I know I will never look anywhere else for help with flooring installation/repair/refinishing.

Five Stars for sure for FOOTPRINTS FLOORS EVERETT/BELLINGHAM! After many exhauting trips trying to match our master bedroom floor to our existing wood floors, I contacted Nate at FOOTPRINTS FLOORS. That was all it took. After one visit, Nate found the flooring, arranged for installers, removed and hauled away existing rug, helped us move furniture, left the room clean.....Nate was amazing. Nate and team are awesome! We had originally agreed to a tile job, but the job scope rapidly expanded. Nate and his team (Vlad + Nick + others) did a great job refinishing our floors. We had a combo of solid red oak/white oak and they refinished them so they looked brand new in our 23 year old home, which had a lot of water stains and looked a bit worn out. The red oak was bleached to match the white oak, and it looks so much more modern and new. Thank you so much! Nate also gave us tips on how to maintain them, which we appreciated. Posted photos but it looks better in person!

Footprints did a great job at a reasonable price. Although a project like this always causes disruption, Nate's crew held that to a minimum, including actually beating the originally estimated time to completion. He was clear on how to prepare and what to do after the job was finished. Highly recommended.

We had him put in hard wood floors - white oak with a natural finish for our kitchen, powder room, and living room-which all turned out beautifully!!! As well as tile in our primary bathroom, hall bathroom, and utility room. We are beyond thrilled with the results. First off, I am an Architect who is a bit hands-on when it comes to work in my own residence. I hired Footprints Flooring to replace failing sheet vinyl with new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in our laundry room and two bathrooms. I chose Footprints primarily because Owner Nate (himself) visited our house to prepare estimate; he is highly communicative and responsive (rare for contractors these days). Like myself, Nate is also detailed oriented and thoroughly covered demo, subfloor, LVT installation, transitions and schedule and was the only one who researched availability of the LVT we wanted before coming out to prepare estimate. Footprints' price was competitive and Nate was more than fair on charges for unforeseen subfloor overages. His installer David did a fantastic job, was polite, respectful and responsive to my comments - making sure his finish work met or exceeded my standards. We couldn't be happier with the finished result and their final clean up was thorough. I highly recommend Footprints Flooring.

Just had my floors redone by Footprints and was really impressed. I was nervous because we had water damage and was going from a dark cherry stain to a lighter color and loved how they turned out.

We called Footprint Floors to install wood in place of the old carpet we currently had. We originally wanted to match existing wood in the house. Once the installers got here they realized that the new wood was not the same height as the already installed wood. We immediately spoke with our Sales rep, Nate and worked out a new plan to replace all the wood in the house. Nate and the Footprint floor installers were very professional, and responsive to the issues that arose, which always seems to happen with construction projects. I was so pleased during the remodel of my house to find original hardwood floors. Now, after repairs and refinishing from Footprints, the floor is my favorite part of the remodel. The kitchen and hallway to our bedroom did not have wood originally, but they've weaved in the new wood with the existing wood so well, it all looks original. Overall, Footprints far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.
