From the first encounter with Gene, i knew he was a great guy with great intentions. Not the contractor or person looking to screw you over but someone who legitimately wants to do great work. With that said, they didn’t disappoint. Floors came out great!!! Dont have a single complaint about these guys. Top notch company. Give them a shout and you wont be disappointed!!!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. I have used them for two homes now, they have the best prices, but more importantly is the quality and skill. In just half a day, they carpeted two bedrooms and a staircase. Lupe and his workers were professional and workmanship was impeccable. Previously they did luxury vinyl in my house. The previous installer did such a bad job, it was ripped out, the floor leveled and new flooring installed. I was done with better materials and better job for less money. Highly recommended.

The installation team is one of high quality and caliber. I ordered engineered maple glue-down floors and polished tile for a small bathroom. Vic, crew chief for the wood floors is probably in the top % of installation experts for quality of work and people skills. He is hard working, dedicated, and won't leave a job unfinished. I had some delay in material shipping, and he came back to ensure final touches were complete. For the tile work. Diego was the "guy". Just as high quality of workmanship and caliber as the wood flooring crew. Gene orchestrated the entire process from ordering the floor to the final installation. My time was a bit crunched, and Gene met the demand with swiftness of time and products. Highly recommend Footprints Flooring in the Tampa Bay area. Only one other small-owned shop in the area comes close to the quality of this team but is significantly more expensive. I will definitely use Footprints again!

We had a great experience with footprints floors. Gene was able to come out to our home quickly to give us an estimate. We were given great recommendations on where to get our flooring and were able to pick a date to get our floors installed in1-2 weeks. We had two bedrooms redone with laminate which was completed in 1 day. Floors look great. Would highly recommend this business

I had my tile in my townhome done by Gene and his crew. Gene was great and respectful in his demeanor and communications. They kept me abreast of all the work through text and pictures. They looked for ways to save me money, adjusted their schedule to accommodate an error I made in purchasing the wrong materials, and worked with me through minor issues that popped up. They gave me all of the advice and knowledge that only pros in the trade have. They also converted my stairs from carpet to hardwood. I’d work with them again.

Very good company

Gene with Footprints Floors was awesome!!! So was everyone on his team. They did my bathroom tile (shower & floors), entry floor, kitchen backsplash, and LVP throughout. No piece is awkward. Quality is excellent. His prices are fair. He does what he says he is going to do. He keeps you in the loop and gives you all info - there are no secrets. Originally, the plan was to refinish my hardwood floors. However, they were too thin and would tear up. He gave me the pros and cons of doing it, but i decided to switch to LVP. He helped me secure high quality LVP very quickly and made it happen! It looks amazing. The transitions are flawless. The stairs look incredible, they replaced the risers as well. Most importantly - they were friendly, honest, on time, and clean. Would use again in the future.

This was a great experience and business choice. Bruno the installer made a difficult hexagonal tile in two bedrooms look absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend to everyone.

The team removed our existing wood floors, prepared the slab, and laid porcelain tile. Everyone was on time, courteous, professional, performed quality workmanship and services were reasonably priced. Gene was always responsive and fair with us. I had lost confidence in updating my condo after a disastrous experience with interior and outdoor door replacement. When I learned that Gene had opened this business I at least knew I had someone I could trust and that I knew the standards he expected. I’ve referred several friends to him AND he’s helped me identify good painters and carpenters. Prices are fair and his team has been professional and competent. Lots to still do but at least I’ve made the first steps thanks to him.

Let me start by saying, Gene and Diego rescued me from a botched bathroom remodel job. I was a nervous wreck, I was out of thousands of dollars in material costs, the bathroom was inoperable, and it was a nightmare to look at. Nothing was going right until I met these guys. Diego came in knocked everything out, gave me a beautifully tiled bathroom, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. They both were extremely pleasant and responsive and working with the duo was a breeze. Everything was done beautifully and I am extremely pleased. Diego is a magician and Gene has the patience of Job. They removed the old work, executed the new tile installation on the walls and floors, reinstalled the shower wall, and my plumber handled all the remaining installations. Everything was completed in about a week as promised. I will be contacting them in the future for any tile installation projects that I have. Thank you Diego!

Dan and his team were amazing to work with. Dan personally called us back and checked on the progress of our bathroom project daily. His tile man was nothing short of a master tile installer. He cut 45 degree angles on our corners (marble) instead of using some clunky trim or a schluter. The marble redo of our bathroom is nothing short of beautiful. Guillermo was the contractor from Foortprints who retiled our master shower. He has an eye for detail and went the extra mile in his work, including cleaning up well when he was finished. Dan, the owner, provided excellent communication and stopped by daily to check on the progress of the tile installation and answer any questions.

We were very happy with, and grateful for, Footprints Floors Tampa! We had our walk in shower updated by another contractor first who totally messed up our shower floor and it had to re-done entirely, and due to poor tile cutting, we also chose to re-tile the rest of our bathroom floor. We chose Footprints Floors. Dan was helpful and professional while also being sensitive to our bad experience we had just gone through. He stayed in contact and came by to check on the progress of our job. His installer did a very nice job, our floors look great but most importantly our shower floor now drains properly! And the cost was a fair price! We definitely recommend Footprints Floors Tampa!

Footprints came out and provided an estimate within 24hrs and was very responsive throughout the booking process. Within 5 days I had an appt to do my kitchen backsplash. Roberto and his associate that came to do the job were amazing and did a wonderful work. I’m very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
