Our home is 25 years old and it was time to refurbish our Maple floors. We had two companies come and give us a bid and I’m so glad that we did. We felt that Footprints Floors would do us a better job and at a reasonable rate. Justin is the gentleman that came and gave us our bid, while measuring we conversed about the problems with our floor and what it would take to to bring it back up to shape( our floor had some major problems because of the foundation shifting). Greg was the worker and he is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in his ability. Our floors turned out beautifully. Footprints is a great company that I highly recommend. Justin and Eric have been exceptional. While building my house I have worked with MANY contractors. These two have been far and above the best to work with. They are so easy to work with and do more than they say they will with their service. Eric is the installer and does exceptional am work and is very easy to work with.

Footprint flooring is a top notch co. I called Footprint to see when we could set up a consult to have our hardwood floors refinished expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks or longer . Justin came out the very next day to measure and give us a bid .He was prompt and fair with his bid. The wood was delivered the next day and work began three days later. We added to our existing hardwood and you would never know that the original was down for thirty years! It was seamless. Chris did an amazing meticulous job which was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this company for prompt , honest , quality work . Thank you Justin and Chris for making this project perfect .

We had an idea of what we wanted and Justin was our second quote. It was obvious from the moment he cane in that he was very profession and knew his business. He made some great suggestions and even recommended a scope change which dramatically improved our project. We installed approximately 1000 square feet of large (9 1/2 x 60) luxury vinyl planks replacing engineered wood, carpet, and tile. Our installer, Eric Creamer did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Justin and Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs.

My husband and I recently had the need for some flooring restoration. It was a master bath, and was the result of water damage from a toilet. Justin arrived as scheduled to evaluate the job. At that time the a schedule was made with a firm cost excluding anything under the sub flooring not understood at the time. Once work began for removal of the moldy sub floor the scope of work changed. Eric the installer stopped at that point and conferred with us and Justin. The plan for full restoration given this newly added work was immediately assessed and agreed upon prior to restarting . There were no surprises. BothyJustin and Eric are very ethical, and true to their word. Friendly and followed up on our satisfaction. Great experience and will be using them again when that time comes.

I had Footprints Flooring refinish my main living area in my newly purchased home. Our hardwood was in very rough shape and was not taken care of by the previous owners. It had deep scratches, water damage, most of the finish had worn off, and a lot of gaping. Colton did a great job sanding down the floors, fixing the damage, and restaining and finishing. He also did it very quickly with minimal mess and disruption, which I appreciated. Colton went the extra mile as well to help us move our stove and remove our stair bannisters. Justin was also helpful and very thorough in giving us an estimate and walking us through the process before the project started. All in all, it only took around 4 days start to finish for my ~620 square feet of hardwood. I am happy with my floors and will likely be returning to Footprints Flooring in the future when they are due for a refinish again.

Floor came out amazing! Very responsive, on time everyday, Justin was great to work with and our installer Eric did a phenomenal and quick job. Subfloor install and LVP installation for almost 1000’ sq ft in less than a week. We had multiple quotes, they were not the lowest quote, but they were the ones that called back, easy to talk to, returned phone calls promptly, and maintained professionalism through the entire process. That’s was worth every penny. It was worth going with them and not the lowest bidder. Thanks guys and look forward to using you again in the future for all my other projects

Justin and his team exceeded my expectations after I called them up and asked if they’d be able to accommodate a flooring project within ~3 weeks. He came by to give us a quote two days later, and work was underway only a few days after that. Eric did a phenomenal job with both the bathroom tile, and the LVP for our stairs and landing. Communication was fantastic throughout the multi-day project, and he was great about talking us through the minor issues that popped up and helping us determine the best solution. Overall 10/10 experience, and I’d definitely give them a call in the future if we needed more work done 💯

Incredible experience with Footprint Floors. I got 2 bids before Justin came to see my house. Immediately I felt a sense of trust with him. He got down on the floors and took measurements of everything and went through my options. He is one of those people that just exudes integrity and I knew I wanted to go with him regardless of what the price may be because of that feeling. Surprisingly his bid was the lowest of them all. Justin Cowley did an outstanding job of helping me decisions on materials and coordinating the project to replace the carpet in my great room with wood laminate and tile. Erik installed the new floor with attention to detail and I had total trust in him to allow me to run a few errands during the project!! I had such an incredible experience with Footprints Floors. I scheduled work with them on a Saturday, and they started work the following Monday. They finished so quickly, and everything looks amazing! They leveled our kitchen floors, then installed LVP. They also refinished our hardwood floors, and they look incredible! Justin was so accommodating and worked to get everything done as quickly as possible. I’ve never seen such quality work done so quickly! 10/10 recommend!

He fit us into his schedule and communicated with us when he was able to come earlier than planned. Justin was professional and friendly upon arrival. When we showed him a flooring issue with our vinyl, he was upfront about the process that it would take to fix it, and when it proved to be out of scope for their installers (the project is really, really small), he was great to offer alternatives for us to look into. He knows flooring, he was respectful of my time and my money. He even helped me fix a problem area with my carpet while he was here and I am so grateful. I would recommend Footprints Floors of Northern Utah to handle any flooring needs that I have. They know the product, they are professional and so great to work with. I'd give Justin six stars if I could. Really great experience.
