Ben and Brian were great to work with. The installers did an amazing job in a short amount of time. They refinished my original hardwood floors from 1961 which had been covered by carpet for several decades, and the floors look even better than I had imagined. I am so happy with them, and plan to use Footprints again when it comes time for the hallway and bedrooms!

Very nice and courteous. Had to demo layers of kitchen floor and install new floor. They came and did the job in one day. Issue arose when removing old flooring which they handled promptly. Installers were hard working and stayed late to get the job done! Very pleased!

Footprints Floors got me on the schedule for installation very quickly and kept me informed. Kristian did a great job with the installation. They guys are always wanting to do the job right.

I contacted Footprints Floors after a weekend of failed luxury vinyl plank installation myself. Jim arrived the next business day to give me a free estimate. Within minutes, I had an affordable estimate and was able to schedule the installation for the following week. Ben was very flexible and accommodating with my work schedule and actually drove to downtown Louisville to collect the deposit. Ted arrived the day of installation and completed my basement and basement bedroom flooring the same day. I can’t say enough about his work ethic. He completed the job within 8 hours and didn’t even stop to take any breaks. The next day, Trent came out to do a final walk through and we discussed future projects and vision for my home. This is a company I’ll be happy to use again in the future and recommend to family and friends for being affordable and great quality.
