He holds a Class A general contractor license with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Board of contractors, is a member of the NTCA, and is certified by the NWFA. David has been living in Fairfax County since 1983.

David is also a former chef and restauranteur, served an as Infantry Machine Gunner in the Army National Guard and lives with his family in Chantilly.
