Taylor began his career in public accounting working for KPMG and Armanino, specializing in the financial services industry and the digital asset space. After working for two startups in the Bitcoin payments and AI data center industries, scaling back office accounting and finance functions, Taylor joined Footprints Floors. He is married with two little girls and spends all his free time hanging with his family!

Carson Canedy is the proud owner of Footprints Floors in the Minneapolis Metro area. He didn’t travel too far for college when he attended Minnesota State University, Mankato. He has spent most of his career in sales - where he learned that customer experience and satisfaction is the priority in any service-based business. After noticing the lack of customer service in the home improvement space, he knew that the professionalism, and commitment to complete work according to Industry Standards that Footprints Floors excels at, would set him far apart from the competition. From the first estimate to final walkthrough, Carson is confident that his community will greatly benefit from his business by bringing an outstanding customer experience to each flooring project. As Carson likes to say, customer service, communication and honesty are a priority for the best customer experience. He has a true passion for the home improvement space - being able to bring someone’s vision to reality in their homes is one of Carson’s favorite feelings.

In his free time, Carson loves to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoys anything outdoors, from being out on the water, golf, to anything sports related. He is in a softball league that he truly enjoys. He looks forward to traveling the country and world! In addition to that, giving back and helping others is important to Carson - He has made it a priority that a portion of his profits gets donated to charities.

I was raised in Richmond, Virginia. I am married to my wife of 30 years, Melissa, and I have four children and one grandchild. All my kids are out of college, so life has gotten a lot cheaper! I've done a lot of different jobs in my life including construction, working in restaurants, bagging groceries, teaching high school mathematics, serving as a missionary in Albania, starting a franchise business called CarePatrol, and starting Footprints Floors.

First and foremost Oliver is a family man! He loves his beautiful wife Rebekkah and two kids Harrison, two and a half, and Callie six months old! They love to travel as a family and do things outdoors like going to the beach, hiking, or just walking. He likes to snowboard and attempts to golf. Oliver grew up in Rhode Island, went to college in Vermont, and then moved back to Rhode Island to live and start his business.

Floyd is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Orlando servicing the Greater Orlando Area. Born and raised in New York City, he also spent much of his early childhood in Belize. Floyd is married to his lovely wife Renita. Together they have two children, ages nine and four. The family recently relocated from New York City to Florida for a better quality of life.

Floyd studied Physics at Binghamton University in upstate New York where he earned a Bachelor's degree. He brings with him over twenty years of operations leadership and management experience in the telecommunications industry from his time with Verizon. His roles were primarily focused on customer service, problem solving and process improvement. Floyd is excited to put his skills to work and continue to grow with Footprints Floors.

In his free time Floyd enjoys spending time with the family, golfing, and traveling.
