We are so very happy with not only our new sanded wood floors, kitchen, dining room and den, but also how easy it was to communicate with the company, which is family owned. The owner, Justin was always available to answer any questions we had, even during weekends. He also showed up every day as the job was being done. The workers were very professional. They showed up every morning exactly at 8am and started directly working. Everything was covered from windows to cabinets. And at the end of the project which took only 3 days the workers actually dusted everything. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

The ability to purchase our own flooring at a cheaper price and cutting out the middle man and then have Footprints install with professional quality is amazing. We were even allowed to rip up our old flooring ourselves to significantly save on cost. We wanted to have the new floor installed before our big July 4th party and they were very accommodating. For a 400+ Sq Ft Kitchen, Dining Room and Laundry room they sent 6 installers and managed to have the whole project done in 3 hours! I would highly recommend this service if you want professional installation but want to be able to choose your own flooring.

Footprints put about 600 Square Feet of flooring in my home on the second floor. This is the second time we have hired them for flooring work. I have personally installed over 1000SQ of flooring but didn't have to time for this job myself - so I have experience with this kid of work. We came back because of the positive experience the first time and the second flooring work was just as great. We loved providing the materials and having Footprints focus on the installation work. Scheduling was easy. Finish work is great. You can tell we would hire them again... since we already did. Tony

Couldn't be happier. Bought some LVP from Menards to cover up my terrible old wallpaper-floor I had stuck to my uneven concrete slab in my kitchen and hallway, but was worried about DIYing it since I didn't know how to level out the slab. Was impressed with Brian when he did my estimate and ended up going with Footprints for the installation and am glad I did. They had good ideas for dealing with any problems and I ended up with an install that looks great and feels solid and stable. Had an easy time reaching Clint for any questions or other communications, and Antonio and his team got all 260 square feet done in under two hours. Was told I can always reach out if any issues arise, which was reassuring, though at this point it doesn't look like it'll be necessary! I'd recommend this place very highly.

I highly recommend Footprints Floors of Columbus. They did a great job with speed and efficiency. The floors look great. They used the wood floor pieces conservatively. The measurement was 1409 sq ft and I purchased 1525 sq ft and I returned 4 unused boxes and have some left over so the final usage was about 1412 sq ft.

I hired this company after getting an estimate for installation of new luxury vinyl planks. Mr. Clint Morse was very professional, nice and the go to guy for any issues or questions. I didn't experience any major issues and the small issue that needed taken care of Clint and his crew was prompt and addressed the issue with a sense of urgency and that showed me how much they care and pay attention to their customers. The floor installation project went smooth and the job was exceptionally done timely. The workers cleaned up after themselves and disposed of any debris. I recommend this Footprints for any flooring project.

From start to finish, Footprints were professional, transparent, experts, and thorough. I was impressed at their installation crew. Brian from sales set the tone with a very non-salesy approach. He was knowledgeable, helpful, very resourceful and experienced. Clint, the owner showed up on day 1 of installation and to do a final walk-through at the end. The cherry on top of our beautiful floors was that Clint even returned our extra 2 boxes of flooring to the supplier for a refund. We will use them if we need any other flooring updates and recommend them to anyone.

We hired footprints floors to refinish some original hardwood floors we discovered under our carpet. Everything from the scheduling to the estimate to the final product and follow up was incredible. The customer service was top notch, and the project itself was done quickly without lacking quality. We are extremely happy with Footprints and plan to use them for any future flooring projects!

This is our second time hiring Footprints to install porcelain floor tile in our home. They did a fantastic job both times. Jason is so thoughtful in his approach and you can tell by his work how skilled he is. The whole team is very responsive from start to finish and their pricing is fair. Footprints was great at every stage of our project. Bryan pointed us to a great shop where we bought our hardwood flooring. They were responsive to all of our communications, and we were able to schedule the work exactly when we wanted to have the work done. Clint arrived on time to kick of the project and "inspected" the finished work at our convenience. The installers (Alberto and company) arrived on time and worked diligently to finish the project in the 2.5 days that were planned. They also allowed us to leave furniture in two rooms for the first two days but were able to accomplish all of the work in the other rooms. We would absolutely turn to Footprints again if we had a similar project.

On the day of the install, Clint's team of specialists, led by Alberto, attacked the project with speed, professionalism and intent! They had the carpet fully removed by 9am, and had a team of six -- all with dedicated jobs (from cutting, to measuring, installation, and more) -- working at maximum efficiency! We had almost 500sq. ft. of new hardwood installed with perfection in less than six hours time! I can't wait to work with Footprints again in the future!

The crew who came to install our wood flooring were WONDERFUL! We had carpet throughout our home, they gave us a whole new house. It's absolutely Perfect and Fantastic. The crew was courteous, fast, helpful. We had a multitude of activities happening all at the same time, including cats going to daily "daycare". TOTALLY RECOMMENDED Clint and his "Footprints" Crew.

Refinished original red oak floors from early 1960s. Beautiful job better than I imagined. I knew under those old wore floors was hidden beauty.

Ill start by saying what a great company to work with from start to finish. We had a challenge trying to match new hardwoods with old hardwoods that were 22 years old. Brian came out and did the initial consultation and measurements and had some great ideas on how we could achieve the look were were going for and also gave good recommendations on who we could go to to discuss our flooring options. Once we made the decision on our flooring and had it delivered scheduling for the install was a breeze. Alberto and team showed up on time and worked flawlessly I was told the install would take 3 to 4 days max and they were done in 1 and a half days! Once our new flooring was laid I was not happy with the look of the new floors against the old existing floors ( no fault of Alberto and team , or Footprints Floors), So Clint the owner stopped out and once again consulted with me took his time to discuss what he could to do help find a resolution that fit the budget. That was to refinish the existing hardwoods to find a close match to the new floors laid. I was able to have that work scheduled and completed within the same week. Hugo and team showed up once again eager to work to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. For the sanding and refinishing process its a bagging system but understand you will always have some dust with this process but they kept it to a minimum and did an excellent job with placing plastic strategically to keep the dust contained within their working area. Before starting the main job Hugo was able to sand a small area and show me a color match of what the finished product would look like which helped put me at ease knowing exactly what the floor would look like once completed. Over all we had excellent customer service from all areas within Footprints and would use their services again, we have also referred this company to family and friends. Thanks a ton Footprints!!

Overall it was a great experience. We were under a tight deadline and the company was able to get us in a few days earlier than scheduled. The crew showed up on time and were very efficient. They completed the job in one day. I was pleased with the final product. Consider taping around the base boards to keep from getting stain on them and make sure you understand the additional costs like moving the refrigerator or putting up plastic to control the dust.

The underlayment in one of my bedrooms needed to be removed & replaced. They were great to work with on every level! They were flexible, courteous, skilled & completed the job beautifully. Impeccable workmanship!

Pulled up carpet in a Home i bought and found Hardwood Floors underneath. They were definitely in rough shape but I wanted to at least try and have them redone. I called one company for an estimate and they walked in the door and said they were too bad of shape to be redone without really taking close look. I called Footprints Floors and when Brian came out he asked if it was ok to pull an air vent off to check the thickness of the floor. In doing so he said they should be able to do but wanted to send pictures to his crew to make sure. They came out about two weeks later and the crew was super friendly and did a FANTASTIC job. The floors turned out far better then I expected considering what they looked like prior. Their workmanship far exceded my expectations and would definitely recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience with Footprints. They were courteous, professional and did a fabulous job on my wood floors. They were done when they said they would be and took the time with me picking out a stain.I would definitely recommend this company!!

Brian was easy to work with as an estimator. We made two changes after the estimate was done, and he was very accommodating. Once everything was settled, and our flooring had arrived, we were on the schedule pretty promptly. I got a call Friday afternoon, and they were here at 8:30am Monday morning knocking it out. The workers wrapped up around 4:30, having installed all of the LVP, putting in the 1/4 round, and cleaning up after themselves. All in all, it was pretty seamless. Good folks to work with, and I would certainly not hesitate to call them again.

We highly recommend Footprints Flooring! Our project was complicated requiring leveling in various areas to have the LVP installed. In addition, Clint accommodated our needs to have the project done in 2 phases. Clint is wonderful to work with. He is responsive to customer needs and strives to get the job done right!

I recently decided to upgrade my floors in my condo to Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. I had purchased materials on my own, and I was looking for a quality contractor that could remove my old flooring (partially hardwood, partially carpet), then replace with a sound proofing underlayment and LVP throughout. I am glad I found Footprint Floors. The estimate process with Brian was simple. He helped me make sure I had the correct amount of materials on hand for the job. The quote and pricing was around what I expected. The production team was friendly and professional. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. Clint and Alberto were nice to work with. I hired Clint and his team to tackle the first & second floor of my home. I had some terrible beige carpet with original 100+ year old floors underneath and an ambitious timeline. Clint went through an in-depth explanation of the process and my options in the quote alone. He was incredibly informative and helped guide my decision making process. His team was able to take on the whole project all while I was out of town. Throughout that time Clint was very responsive and open to my questions while also sending pictures and videos of multiple steps, stains, and finishes along the way. I'll have future floor projects to tackle and I'll definitely be reaching out to Footprints Floors when that time comes.

My experience with Clint and the team at Footprints Floors has been outstanding from start to finish. The estimate was quick and low-pressure. I had a schedule change and they were able to accommodate without issue. I had 900 SF of LVP installed in a single day as well as base trim throughout the first floor and it looks incredible. I had all my hardwood floors refinished. They did an amazing job. The results are stunning!!

I had Footprints Flooring install treads and risers to replace previously carpeted stairs as well as replace carpeted flooring on my second floor with wood flooring. They were prompt and professional. The whole job was done in one day. I had an issue with squeaking on one spot and they returned a few days later and corrected the problem in just a couple of hours. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work and attention to detail. They were very concerned with my satisfaction with the work. A quality that many companies are lacking these days.

Footprints floors sanded and refinished my floors in a blond (natural tone - no stain) finish. Only the highest-quality , commercial grade water-based finish was used. The pricing was reasonable. I received a discount which came in handy considering I have many more items needing to be restored. ( Windows ,Doors etc) So every bit saved on each project will help tremendously to bring this restoration project to completion. Clint and Hugo and the rest of the crew did a top-notch job. They used top notch "Bona" - fide heavy duty commercial floor coating. However, the most notable aspect of their business is the personable approach of Clint, Hugo, and the rest of the crew. Clint ( the owner ), worked very closely with me . He spent extra time on attention to detail !!! Unlike many other contractors who don't take the time to answer questions about your specific needs, Clint is very patient and has a "customer comes first" attitude. Footprints Floors Columbus refinished my ancient wood floors. They are beautiful! From start to finish I was impressed with Clint's transparency and professionalism. The quote was inclusive - there were no fees added on later. The suggestions regarding how to go about refinishing the floors and even color were very valuable. I was out of town while the work was done. There was ample communication back and forth via text while I was away. I even received pictures showing the progress. I could not be happier with my floors, or the job itself.

As an admittedly very detailed person, I enjoyed working with Clint and Footprints Floors. I was impressed out of the gate with the promptness in communication with Clint and, ultimately, the final result. Let me share some of the positives I experienced: 1. Clint helped me source the 3" white oak I needed from Lanham with a discount. The panel town wood would have missed our timeline with a 4-6 week lead time for delivery 2. He worked with me, within reason, on the price. He wasn't the cheapest or most expensive but was flexible in getting to the price I was seeking. 3. The actual installation was tricky as I was lacing into existing hardwood floors where there had previously been carpet and tile. We wanted to make one uniform wood floor and not make it look like we retrofitted it. They nailed it. You can't tell there was any difference. I included a picture that illustrates this. 4. We wanted to match the existing color as there are other spots in the house with the same color. This required blending two different stain colors to make a custom color. Again, they nailed it. You can't see the difference between the old and new next to each other. 5. We ended up upgrading to a glue assist in addition to the nails to secure the floor at his recommendation to help with noise at a reasonable cost. 6. He worked with us to upgrade the finish to the 2 part commercial product of Bona Traffic HD (we chose Satin) - looks fantastic and should extend the life of the floors. 7. We had one small spot where there was an issue (minor relative to it all), and he remediated it within a week by having the crew come out. Clint was very dedicated to making sure we were happy. 8. We wanted to get the floors done by labor day weekend, and they were flexible in working with us to get the work done to hit that. The crews he had come through for installation and then sanding/staining/finishing were professional and good at their craft. We're delighted with how the floors came out and that they could match our expectations with the level of detail we were expecting. The only thing we would do differently, and it's minor, is have them put the shoe molding on after the floors were finished. Clint set expectations with us (we weren't surprised) that we may need to paint after the finishing is complete, but we might have avoided the extra work if we had waited.

We had a great experience with Footprints Floors. We hired them to sand our existing original 1960s wood floor and apply WOCA floor finishing products that we had purchased ourselves. We reached out to many local flooring companies, most of whom had never heard of WOCA and were not very interested in learning what it was or even taking our project on unless we hired them to apply their traditional stain/polyurethane products that they were used to. Clint was the first person that we dealt with who took the time to understand the product and the application process. He met us on site and thoroughly walked the job and did the extra leg-work of contacting WOCA representatives to make sure the appropriate application directions were accounted for in his pricing proposal. After we contracted Footprints they quickly fit us into their work schedule. The crew was very professional and kind and they also did a great job with the sanding and WOCA application process. Clint stopped by several times and even went to the effort of having a representative from WOCA stop by and do a final review on site before the products were applied. He truly went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel very comfortable that we were in good hands. The end result looks fantastic and we cannot wait to get moved in and enjoy our beautiful wood floors! In all of our research, it seemed that there are many qualified and quality wood floor restoration contractors in the Columbus area, but Footprints differentiated themselves from our perspective with their flexibility, attention to detail, and communication. Their ability to effectively apply products that were new to them speaks to their ability to take on any project and deliver a great end result. We would recommend them to anybody.

Removed old flooring and installed tile in two bathrooms. I could not be happier with the work done by Footprints. Very precise and well executed. Clint checked in as the job progressed. Jason fixed some areas on my backsplash that was done by another company which was not up to my standards, and that made me happy. I highly recommend this company.

He told me up front that he hoped to earn my business and he did. The installation team was skilled and hard working and friendly. My client is quite pleased with the LVT floor they put down!

I had some worn/damaged hardwood floors and these guys were able to sand them down and refinish them. They look brand new now! Very professional, did their best to minimize dust. Would recommend.

Curtis was quick to provide an accurate estimate. This included sanding the floor of one bedroom and a small landing at the top of the stairs, removing 5 board sections with a hole and replacing these with flooring I salvaged from a renovation elsewhere in the house, staining to match existing wood floor color in the house, and top coating. The our timing was really good as there was a recent opening on their schedule, enough for this smaller project, only a few days after the estimate was provided (otherwise a few weeks wait). The fairness of the estimate, Curtis’s attentiveness and professionalism, and my judgment that Curtis had the expertise and genuine desire to make customers happy supported my decision to take the early scheduling opening. Curtis came with the floor crew, lead by Ronald, at the start of the project and made sure we were all on the same page about the work to be done. The crew then promptly got to work. They were very efficient without sacrificing quality in their work. The repairs (board section replacements) were made carefully and look great. The rest of the work is similarly high in quality and the result is a beautifully refinished old house floor! The coloring matches the existing downstairs and stair step stain perfectly. Ronald and the crew are very skilled and also were conscientious so as to be minimally disruptive while working and to ensure they were doing the exact work we wanted. We have additional bedroom floors that need the same refurbishing work and I will definitely call Curtis again.

Clint and the staff at Footprints Floors were great from start to finish with our floor repair. They had great communication throughout, and Clint was professional and on time when he showed up to our house for an estimate. Our job, a repair of small gouges in our engineered hardwood ended up being small enough that Clint just fixed it on the spot and although we asked how much to give him, he said that it was a small enough job that he didn’t expect to be paid. I almost feel bad about having him come out, but he was great throughout the process. I would highly recommend checking in with him for any flooring jobs that you may have in the future.

Installed LVP over my busted old wallpaper-covered, uneven, busted concrete slab. They came up with a very cost effective means to even out the floor enough to accommodate a solid, stable installation of the planks. Looks and feels better than I could have hoped for. I couldn’t be happier. About 260 feet squared in under two hours, cost me about $1300, really happy I went with them
