One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

We had refinishing + hardwood floor installation done and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work they provided. They were able to match the stain/color of our other wood floors (on our 1st floor) perfectly and seamlessly put in hardwood on our 2nd floor. I've used Footprint Floors of East Atlanta for two jobs and have been delighted with the service and the work both times. The first time, I was planning to use Home Depot or Lowe's installers for Luxury Vinyl Plank I purchased, but I read enough reviews that led me to seek out other options. I contacted Kevin at Footprint Floors, and he was responsive. His pricing for installation was competitive with the others for far superior service and follow through. I've also seen other installations of the same flooring I've used in other homes and the work is not nearly as solid as Kevin and his crew. It was so good that I used him on a much bigger second project within a few months. I rarely write reviews, but this experience made it worth it!

I sought a couple estimates and Footprint Floors were extremely competitive. I also had a very pleasant meeting with them on their visit. Skipping to the end, the job was completed to my expectations, and the new hardwood looks amazing! Now a very important part of the review. There was a problem with how the floor initially took the stain and sealer. It very could have been the bad weather we had at the time of installation. Typical GA cold, then sunny and warm all mixed in with the rain out yards love. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to correct the issue as they were not about to disappoint a customer. If you’re looking for a new floor, these are your guys!

What a great company to deal with. Professional service from the top down. Andy, Jason, Vitor, and Matt really care about quality and craftsmanship. They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. The pictures do not do it justice. So thankful that I found them.

Excellent experience from estimate to job completion. Tim the owner is outstanding to work with. He communicates from beginning to end. His team and he show up when he states and makes himself available for questions through text and responds quickly. He gave us broken down estimates for multiple options which allowed us to make our decision to have him do it all! We added new wood floors added to 2 rooms and upstairs hallway, plus all the wood floor and stairs in the house sanded and stained. He said he would be done in 5-6 days and they did. It was a lot of work. His crew showed up on time in the morning and were done daily at 5-6 PM and cleaned up each day. Tim stopped by each day. What we loved is the communication. We love the floors! Big thank you for a great contractor experience!

Guys did a fantastic job laying my flooring and did 1900sq ft in one day. It should be noted that flooring was ordered on a Saturday, delivered to my house 5 days later and installed 6 days later. Very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Footprints Floors (Chip Dunn) because he gave me a reasonable price to have my foyer tiled. The floor was formerly laminate and showed worn spots and was warped (due to my dog before he was house trained). Chip and his helpers, Merlin and Katie, showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately pulling up the old laminate flooring. It was not an easy job as it was glued to the floor. Merlin and Katie worked beautifully together and both were very knowledgeable in what had to be done. The end result was perfect and I am so very pleased. They even did a couple other minor jobs for me before they left. I would definitely recommend calling Chip Dunn for any flooring issues you may have. You won't be disappointed.

This company was great to do business with. We had 2 floors refinished by them and they did an excellent job. One, old, wide plank floor presented some unforeseen problems and they were persistent in solving the issue. We recently had the absolute good luck to find Tim with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta. BEST decision ever. This team was so nice, so thorough, so expert. We felt taken care of from start to finish, we cannot praise this group enough! So professional, great communication from start to finish. If you need flooring or any other service they provide, don't hesitate. We had the flooring in our entire over 3K ft. home replaced with a new product, wide plank flooring and it looks so so good. The CEO and his associate came out to give me an estimate. I agreed to the contract and placed my flooring order at Atlanta Flooring and Decor. After making sure everything would be ready within our timeframe. Chip confirmed our timeframe. The day of installation Chip, Andrew and the installer arrived on time. The installer got to work immediately and had installed my LVP flooring within four hours. Everyone involved with this job were professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable about flooring. Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product. We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly. Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys!
