Broken Tile Replacement in Utah County

I recently had to replace my sewer line and faced a very torn up section of bathroom tile floor. I called Joseph at Footprints Flooring and he came out to see exactly what needed to be done. He gave me some clearly-explained repair suggestions, and the pros and cons of each. His bid was spot-on and affordable. He was extremely respectful, personable and professional. I felt as though I was working with a friend. Michael, who works with Joseph, is a Master tiler. Talk about an expert! This man is a rare professional who really knows what he is doing. He is passionate about the quality of his handiwork, and makes it a priority to ensure the customer's satisfaction. Both Joseph and Michael are very detail-oriented. You can't go wrong with Footprints Flooring! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Don't waste your precious time calling other companies - just call Joseph. He will take good care of you and complete your job in a most timely manner.

We love our floors! Joseph is very easy to work with and accommodating! He and his team were willing to work creatively with us on several projects. The work is checked daily to assure the results are excellent. Joseph is honest and shows up- he stands behind the work. He also has excellent craftsmen working to install the flooring.

Joseph has been great to work with as I get my house renovated. They have done my kitchen backsplash, baseboards/doortrim, vinyl floor, some subfloor work, and carpet for me. In each instance they did a really good job and they communicated a lot with me while doing so. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. When I do other homes of mine I will be going back to Joseph each time.

We had 2 deep scratches in our laminate. To replace it would not be feasible because of the age and match possibility. So Joseph, the owner, came in with his wax kit, sat on the floor, and worked the colored wax into the scratches for more than an hour. When he stood up, the sratches were almost hidden. We were so pleased. Joseph was very conscientious and kind. We would not hesitate to use his company in the future.
