Thomas DiPaolo grew up in West Palm Beach Florida. He graduated Florida Culinary Institute in 1997 and spent 10 years as an Executive Chef, Restaurant owner and Consultant before transitioning to running hotels. Thomas invested the next 15 years as a highly awarded Hotel General Manager and Corporate field trainer. Thomas believes his vast experience in hospitality operations, sales and executive leadership translate well to the daily regimen of a Footprints Floors franchise owner. As the owner of Footprints Floors North Central Florida, Thomas looks forward to bringing a consultive and relationship-based approach to his customers.
Having sacrificed work life balance in the hospitality industry for most of his life, Thomas appreciates the Footprints model and the inherent schedule flexibility. As a single father this was a strong factor in his decision. In addition, having prior business ownership experience, Thomas was ready to move on from the corporate grind and return to the world of entrepreneurship. When not working Thomas enjoys playing guitar, riding his Harley Davidson, shooting, fishing and other outdoors activities.
