We needed the floor tile replaced in our master bath. We solicited several quotes mostly to find a knowledgeable contractor. Our meeting with Martin of Footprint Floors showed that he knew exactly what was needed and how to properly handle the project. I picked out the tile and we set a date for the install. His installers did a great job in less than a day! We are extremely pleased with the results and would heartily recommend Footprints.

They showed up at the time they set. They were very nice and explained everything they were going to do. Cleaned up everything when done with the job. The best part is I was able to buy the materials needed without an up charge like other companies do. Yes I highly recommend them.

They were very quick to respond and do an estimate on repairing and replacing some water damaged wood flooring. The repairs worked great and the new tile in the bathroom is fabulous. Very happy.

I hired Footprints Flooring to install a tile floor in my newly renovated kitchen. Martin provided clear details during the estimate phase, and worked with me to understand what I wanted and how best to achieve it. The team arrived on a Tuesday with an expected 2.5 day turnaround. They worked diligently and professionally and let to the timeline. Communication throughout the project was timely and clear, and my floor looks amazing!

Excellent workmanship, price and customer service/communication. Martin showed up, was extremely knowledgeable and on his game. I accepted the bid, and we hammered out a start date. He and his crew showed up and the job was done in 2 days like he said. The two-man crew left behind to do the job where both quick, polite and professional, they even took the time to line up lines in the tile which really made the cheap home-depot tile pop and look good. Would absolutely use again, it was an honor to work with such consummate professionals. I can't believe I wasted my time talking to others.

Footprints Floors did an amazing job installing and finishing hardwood and refinishing exiting parquet floors. They finished ahead of schedule and the floors are beautiful! They also installed a new backsplash and their tile work is beautiful. Martin and his guys are great to work with!

Martin from Footprint Floors was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our new floors and helped us every step of the way. We had some scheduling conflicts and he worked with us to get us taken care of quickly and efficiently. As far as the actual flooring installation, he and his team removed the old floor and installed new subflooring and floors very quicky (in a matter of a couple of days). Even though it was quick, the work was done flawlessly. Overall I am very happy with using Footprints Flooring for my new flooring installation.

I needed a shower tile floor replaced and potentially fully repaired. I was provided two quotes(best and worst case scenario). Martin with Footprints flooring was very professional and quick to respond. After a site visit and providing the quotes, I felt comfortable with the quality of work that would be performed because of the professionalism displayed up front. I was told they were scheduling three weeks out, so I requested to be scheduled. I was moving at the time, so when Martin Called and said that the schedule allowed for me to be moved two weeks sooner, I gladly accepted. They accomplished the work in one day and didn't need to go to the 'worst case" scenario. The work was accomplished in one day and the quality of work is outstanding. Showed us where future issues could be and recommended how to resolve it. We are a daycare and they were great around our staff and kids. Cleaned up the area wonderfully. I simply cannot say enough good things about Footprints Floors of Little Rock. After purchasing a home in April 2022, I had all of the carpet removed in the master bedroom as well as the second floor. The idea was to have the same (finish in place) hardwood floors sourced, installed, and then have all of the floors sanded in order to update the flooring to a natural stain. I simply can't say enough about Footprints Floors or Martin in particular. Extremely pleasant, always professional and polite, as well as prompt and extremely responsive. When things go perfect, that's great, but its when things "don't" that becomes what I refer to as the "moment of truth". Well, due to no fault of Footprints, the wood that was delivered ... was simply not acceptable. But Martin addressed the problem by going to another supplier and called me after the issue had been resolved and there was no impact to the deadline. In fact, they came in ahead of schedule.
